The general objective of this study was to analyse the evaluation process of the Microbacias 1 Project. The methodology employed was predominantly qualitative in nature, and was characterised by being ex-post facto. In the presentation of the results, a description of the context, the justification and the objectives of the project was made, and then analysed and verified the link between them. The project evaluations were then analysed in terms of timing, the position of the evaluator and the transparency of the methods used. Finally, the direct relationship between the themes highlighted in the context, the justification and the objectives set with the measurements of the evaluations was examined.

The aim of our research was to develop a microgrid model capable of electrifying isolated sites in the DRC. Based on our research, we can say that the model developed is technically and economically viable. The PV solar field is the main source, providing a significant portion of production, with a share of 67.1% of total annual production, or 173189 kWh/year, compared with 32.9% from the diesel generator, or 85093 kWh/year. Excess electricity production represents around 18.9% of total annual production, i.e. 48863 kWh, with a penetration rate of 55.1% for renewable energy. The cost per kWh of the architecture selected after optimization is 0.295$/ kWh or 590 Fc/ kWh with a payback time of 2.43 years. The present value of $240280, the equivalent annual cost of $3580, the return on investment of 20.4%, the internal rate of return of 32.2%, the discounted payback period of 2.56 years, a positive net present value of $989701.40 show that the investment is profitable.

The evaluation of the teaching and learning process is carried out continuously, cumulatively and systematically in the school, with the aim of diagnosing the learning situation of each student, in relation to the curricular programme. The evaluation should not prioritise only the result or the process, but should as a research practice, interrogate the teaching-learning relationship and seek to identify the knowledge built and the difficulties in a dialogical way. The error is now considered as a clue that indicates how the student is relating the knowledge he already has with the new knowledge that is being acquired, allowing a better understanding of the solidified knowledge, a necessary interaction in a process of construction and reconstruction. The error, in this case, no longer represents the absence of adequate knowledge. Every response to the learning process, whether right or wrong, is a point of arrival, as it shows the knowledge that has already been built and absorbed, and a new starting point, for a fresh start, enabling new decision-making.

The Interlegis Programme is presented as a mechanism that can assist in the activities of public management essentially in legislative houses, especially in activities that are longed for and the focus of much criticism within the legislature. That allied with the internet contributes to a leap in efficiency in parliamentary activity, in the activities and internal procedures of legislative houses and also in transparency and accountability to society and the bodies responsible for such activities, in addition to complying with laws such as Complementary Law 101 of May 2000. The project that is presented aims to study the Interlegis Programme, from its application and interaction with the Municipal Councils, having as a case study the City Council of the Municipality of Santa Rita do Araguaia its efficiency in the face of the challenges encountered in legislative houses, its interaction with parliamentarians, servants and society. In order to research and learn more about the origin, execution and efficiency of the Programme.

According to our experience of more than 12 years as a pedagogue working in the school environment, we perceive school conflicts as a great challenge for contemporary educational institutions, because the climate of insecurity, violence and intolerance corroborate the criticisms of pedagogues, philosophers and other scholars of this context, pointing out what they call school failure, regarding their performance in a general scope, content, lack of a pedagogical line, etc. The work presented here sought to investigate how conflict mediation, permeated by a humanistic psychology challenges the contemporary educational institution to break with the traditional punitive patterns so ingrained in school culture to deal with emerging conflicts in this environment and promote a reflection on the methodology of the types of conflict mediation and its proximity to humanistic psychology, highlighting the premises of the theory of Person-Centred Attention, Psychological Counselling and the Help Interview. I propose an interesting and accessible reading, full of information and impressions on the subject. Enjoy!

The consultation of this book allows us to better understand a reality with relative expression about soccer in Latin America, taking as an example some of the largest sports clubs in Brazil. The main objective was to verify whether the high prices charged, both for tickets and commercial products, is a factor that has been driving fans away from their teams.The investment in sports clubs that play in the main professional soccer championships has boosted the so-called "spectacle sport", thus increasing a more economistic and entrepreneurial view of this sport modality. If, on the one hand, making profits has contributed to a greater global projection from various perspectives, we can also question the possible impacts on changes in the habits and interests of sports consumption by the population.It is essentially based on this premise that the researchers sought to explore the current context of Brazilian soccer, where the passion for the sport is experienced with great intensity by the people, regardless of their social stratum, but where economic power and individual financial capacity assume special relevance in the day-to-day decisions of each fan.

The book was divided into chapters that address relevant topics for the secretariat such as secretarial management, a topic that has been discussed, developing a comprehensive view of the daily secretarial and organisational life, as well as the role of the executive secretarial professional as a manager and co-manager. We follow with the theme of the advancement of technology to improve secretarial management, and the influence that technology has had on the profession, so that the existence of the possibility of secretarial activities being replaced by automation has caused instability in the profession. The next chapter addresses the importance of improving secretarial techniques, highlighting secretarial techniques for university, to conclude with the secretariat in the university environment: management for quality characterising the form of management in sight, a characteristic instrument of the executive secretary, by a form of communication that can be observed by anyone who works in a particular area, anyone who is passing through this area and for anyone who can visualise it, as a more satisfactory management mode for the university environment.

Hypertension is a clinical condition that involves several factors such as inflammation, oxidative stress and endothelial dysfunction. Intravenous laser blood irradiation (ILIB) has been used lately by physiotherapists in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases due to its effects on the system, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, haemostatic balance and others. The aim of this research was to investigate the effects of intravenous laser irradiation of blood in patients with systemic arterial hypertension. In this experimental, prospective and descriptive study, 5 women participated, randomly divided into two groups: Laser Group (n=03) and Sham Group (n=02). A total of 10 sessions were performed on alternate days with ILIB applications in the radial artery of the dominant limb, with a 20-day interval after the 5th session for subsequent reapplication (5 more alternate sessions). The group submitted to intravascular blood irradiation with laser showed a greater reduction in blood pressure values compared to the SG and, therefore, ILIB was effective in reducing BP in hypertensive women.

Control is power! The history of Brazilian education shows us that public educational policies (PPE) have been more temporary than state policies, and are justified as reformist actions to respond to the structural crisis of capital. The State's concern is now with indices and guidelines of those who do not know the school floor and the teaching work. Teaching work is increasingly interfered with by hierarchical measures. We address concepts that are transversal to the defence of teacher autonomy (work, alienation, teacher autonomy and heteronomy, and ideology) with a broad view and a punctual, autonomous action. These discussions contribute to ratifying the hypothesis of the loss of the notion of the potential of teaching work and its own identity. The interviews conducted with teachers from the public education network in Viçosa, MG, show that the processes of precariousness and proletarianisation of teaching work have deepened. These processes were also identified in the analyses of the PPE in the following sections: Common Basic Contents of Minas Gerais (CBC-MG), of the discipline of Geography, and the National Book and Didactic Material Programme (PNLD).

The present study analyses the practice of moral harassment in labour relations, in order to provide an investigation in search of justifications for the elaboration of legislation at the federal level that disciplines the subject. It analyses the context of the problem where labour bullying is inserted and its transformative character in society, pointing out the main differences between this practice and sexual harassment. Addresses the consequences of bullying to the worker, especially with regard to physical and psychological health. It studies the dignity of the human person as an alternative principle for the protection of the working class, investigating how it applies in the labour sphere, as well as the influence of a healthy working environment in guaranteeing dignity. It investigates Brazilian laws and foreign legislation disciplining labour bullying, seeking to draw an understanding of the evolution of the phenomenon studied. It concludes that priority should be given to the drafting of a specific federal law governing workplace bullying, justified by the need for broad protection of workers in this context.

'Chronicles with Design' aims to report places, projects, themes and conjunctures that happen in the reality of a Design Academy in the North of Portugal. In a 10-year interval, the chronicles present themselves with a deformed and distinct nature. This disparity of the narrative helps to understand the dynamics that surround and transcend the profession of design teacher - which includes the work of researcher and project professional. The purposeful disharmony of the writing mirrors the ongoing debate and development of the design discipline.

This monograph consists of reflecting on the processes of state interventions about indigenous school education. In order to understand how Indigenous School Education became a banner of struggle for indigenous communities, passing the responsibility for various State agencies and / or NGOs until building an autonomy of indigenous populations. Therefore, through a bibliographic analysis, I sought to define Indigenous School Education. Starting from the historical trajectory of the agents who proposed education projects for indigenous populations, going through a reflection on the processes that build Indigenous School Education as a field of knowledge and interest, through the recovery of themes and issues in local experiences and proposed projects and finally, an analysis of how the set of actions and the struggle of the agents involved makes Indigenous School Education a public policy.
