Die Nichtregierungsorganisationen in Guinea-Bissau, die angesichts der Abwesenheit des guineischen Staates bei der Versorgung der Bevölkerung mit grundlegenden Gütern von verschiedenen Wissenschaftlern als mögliche Übergangslösungen für die gegenwärtige Situation bezeichnet werden, müssen auf ihre Wirksamkeit und auf Fragen im Zusammenhang mit dem Prozess der Evaluierung der durchgeführten Projekte untersucht werden. Das Buch stellt in vereinfachter Form dar, wie der Prozess der Evaluierung der von ADPP, EDEC, PCI und PLAN INTERNACIONAL in Guinea-Bissau durchgeführten sozialen Projekte abläuft. Mit diesem Projekt hoffe ich, die Entwicklung von CSOs, insbesondere von Nichtregierungsorganisationen in Guinea-Bissau, zu fördern.

Non-governmental organisations in Guinea-Bissau, faced with the absence of the Guinean state when it comes to providing basic goods for the population, have been pointed out by various scholars as possible temporary solutions to the current context. In view of this, it is necessary to investigate the effectiveness of their interventions and issues related to the process of evaluating the projects carried out. In a simplified way, the book presents how the process of evaluating social projects carried out by ADPP, EDEC, PCI and PLAN INTERNACIONAL in Guinea-Bissau takes place. With this project, I hope to promote the development of CSOs, especially non-governmental organisations in Guinea-Bissau.

Las organizaciones no gubernamentales de Guinea-Bissau, ante la ausencia del Estado guineano a la hora de proveer de bienes básicos a la población, han sido señaladas por diversos estudiosos como posibles soluciones temporales al contexto actual, por lo que se hace necesario investigar la eficacia de sus intervenciones y cuestiones relacionadas con el proceso de evaluación de los proyectos llevados a cabo. De forma simplificada, el libro presenta cómo se desarrolla el proceso de evaluación de los proyectos sociales llevados a cabo por ADPP, EDEC, PCI y PLAN INTERNACIONAL en Guinea-Bissau. Con este proyecto, espero promover el desarrollo de las OSC, especialmente de las organizaciones no gubernamentales en Guinea-Bissau.

Les organisations non gouvernementales de Guinée-Bissau, confrontées à l'absence de l'État guinéen en matière de fourniture de biens de base à la population, ont été signalées par divers chercheurs comme de possibles solutions temporaires au contexte actuel. Dans cette optique, il est nécessaire d'étudier l'efficacité de leurs interventions et les questions liées au processus d'évaluation des projets réalisés. De manière simplifiée, le livre présente le processus d'évaluation des projets sociaux menés par l'ADPP, l'EDEC, le PCI et PLAN INTERNACIONAL en Guinée-Bissau. Avec ce projet, j'espère promouvoir le développement des OSC, en particulier des organisations non gouvernementales en Guinée-Bissau.

Le organizzazioni non governative della Guinea-Bissau, di fronte all'assenza dello Stato guineano nel fornire beni di prima necessità alla popolazione, sono state indicate da diversi studiosi come possibili soluzioni temporanee al contesto attuale. Alla luce di ciò, è necessario indagare sull'efficacia dei loro interventi e sulle questioni legate al processo di valutazione dei progetti realizzati. In modo semplificato, il libro presenta come si svolge il processo di valutazione dei progetti sociali realizzati da ADPP, EDEC, PCI e PLAN INTERNACIONAL in Guinea-Bissau. Con questo progetto spero di promuovere lo sviluppo delle OSC, in particolare delle organizzazioni non governative in Guinea-Bissau.

As organizações não governamentais na Guiné-Bissau perante a ausência do Estado guineense no que tange a fornecimento de bens básicos para população, têm sido apontados por diversos estudiosos como possíveis saídas temporárias face ao contexto atual, à vista disso torna-se necessário averiguar a efetividade das suas intervenções e questões ligadas ao processo de avaliação dos projetos realizados. De forma simplificada, o livro apresenta como ocorre o processo de avaliação dos projetos sociais realizados pela ADPP, EDEC, PCI e PLAN INTERNACIONAL na Guiné-Bissau. Portanto, espero com este projeto fomentar o desenvolvimento das OSCs, em especial as organizações não governamentais na Guiné-Bissau.
