Les technologies de l'information et de la communication (ci-après "TIC") ont révolutionné de nombreux aspects de notre vie depuis plusieurs décennies, non seulement dans le domaine des affaires et de la santé, mais aussi dans celui de l'éducation. Certains chercheurs considèrent les TIC comme un outil puissant pour le changement et la réforme de l'éducation (Jo Shang Fu, 2012). L'intégration des TIC dans les écoles secondaires peut améliorer la qualité de l'éducation en modifiant les méthodes d'enseignement et d'apprentissage. Utilisée efficacement, la technologie offre un large éventail de possibilités aux enseignants et aux élèves. Ces derniers peuvent non seulement atteindre leurs objectifs et améliorer leur capacité d'apprentissage, mais aussi promouvoir leur apprentissage tout au long de la vie et se préparer à une main-d'¿uvre compétitive à l'échelle mondiale. Les professeurs d'anglais travaillant dans l'enseignement secondaire ont la possibilité d'enrichir et d'améliorer leurs cours et leurs objectifs pédagogiques grâce à l'utilisation de dispositifs technologiques. En Argentine, différentes politiques ont été mises en ¿uvre en matière d'inclusion.

Le tecnologie dell'informazione e della comunicazione (di seguito TIC) hanno rivoluzionato molti aspetti della nostra vita per molti decenni, non solo il campo degli affari e della salute, ma anche il campo dell'istruzione è stato influenzato da questo fenomeno che è certamente destinato a rimanere. Alcuni ricercatori considerano le TIC come un potente strumento per il cambiamento e la riforma dell'istruzione (Jo Shang Fu, 2012). L'integrazione delle TIC nelle scuole secondarie può aumentare la qualità dell'istruzione cambiando le modalità di insegnamento e apprendimento. Utilizzata in modo efficace, la tecnologia offre una serie di opportunità per insegnanti e studenti, di cui questi ultimi hanno la possibilità non solo di raggiungere i loro obiettivi e migliorare la loro capacità di apprendimento, ma anche di promuovere la loro formazione permanente e di prepararsi a una forza lavoro competitiva a livello globale. Gli insegnanti di inglese che lavorano al livello secondario di istruzione, attraverso l'uso di dispositivi tecnologici, hanno il potere di arricchire e migliorare le loro lezioni e i loro obiettivi pedagogici. In Argentina sono state attuate diverse politiche di inclusione.

Die Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie (im Folgenden IKT) hat viele Aspekte unseres Lebens über viele Jahrzehnte hinweg revolutioniert, und nicht nur der Bereich der Wirtschaft und des Gesundheitswesens, sondern auch der Bildungsbereich ist von diesem Phänomen betroffen, das mit Sicherheit von Dauer sein wird. English teachers working at the secondary level of education, through the use of technological devices, have the power to enrich and improve their classes and pedagogical objectives. In Argentina, different policies have been implemented regarding inclusion.

As tecnologias da informação e da comunicação (doravante designadas por TIC) revolucionaram muitos aspectos das nossas vidas durante muitas décadas, não só no domínio dos negócios e da saúde, mas também no domínio da educação, que foi afetado por este fenómeno que veio certamente para ficar. Alguns investigadores consideram as TIC como uma ferramenta poderosa para a mudança e a reforma educativa (Jo Shang Fu, 2012). A integração das TIC nas escolas secundárias pode aumentar a qualidade da educação, alterando as formas de ensino e aprendizagem. Utilizada de forma eficaz, a tecnologia oferece uma série de oportunidades para professores e alunos, tendo estes últimos não só o potencial para atingir os seus objectivos e melhorar a sua capacidade de aprendizagem, mas também para promover a sua aprendizagem ao longo da vida e preparar-se para uma força de trabalho globalmente competitiva. Os professores de inglês que trabalham no nível secundário de ensino, através da utilização de dispositivos tecnológicos, têm o poder de enriquecer e melhorar as suas aulas e objectivos pedagógicos. Na Argentina, foram implementadas diferentes políticas no que respeita à inclusão.
