This paper aimed to research the elaboration of the concept of Autopoiesis in the work of biologists Humberto Maturana Romesín and Francisco Javier Varela García, and its subsequent entry into the field of Psychology. A cutout for this entry was chosen, and two main axes were worked on: the first was structured from the discussion about the production of subjectivity; the second was structured from the debate on constructivist psychotherapeutic practices. In face of the proposed objectives, the present theoretical study made use of a bibliographical research, aiming to observe the existing proposals by the theoreticians of this field. In particular, it was researched how the biological theory of Maturana and Varela managed to establish a proposal of articulation between several areas of human knowledge, in an exercise that avoided reductionism and dichotomies. In this way, we tried to observe how a biological theory could help to problematize issues in the field of psychology.

Cet article vise à étudier l'élaboration du concept d'autopoïèse dans les travaux des biologistes Humberto Maturana Romesín et Francisco Javier Varela García, et son entrée subséquente dans le domaine de la psychologie. Un découpage de cette entrée a été choisi, et deux axes principaux ont été travaillés : le premier a été structuré à partir de la discussion sur la production de la subjectivité ; le second a été structuré à partir du débat sur les pratiques psychothérapeutiques constructivistes. Face aux objectifs proposés, la présente étude théorique a fait usage d'une recherche bibliographique, visant à observer les propositions existantes des théoriciens de ce domaine. En particulier, on a cherché comment la théorie biologique de Maturana et Varela a réussi à établir une proposition d'articulation entre plusieurs domaines de la connaissance humaine, dans un exercice qui a évité le réductionnisme et les dichotomies. De cette manière, nous avons essayé d'observer comment une théorie biologique pouvait aider à problématiser des questions dans le domaine de la psychologie.

Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo investigar la elaboración del concepto de Autopoiesis en la obra de los biólogos Humberto Maturana Romesín y Francisco Javier Varela García, y su posterior ingreso en el campo de la Psicología. Se eligió un recorte para esta entrada y se trabajaron dos ejes principales: el primero se estructuró a partir de la discusión sobre la producción de subjetividad; el segundo se estructuró a partir del debate sobre las prácticas psicoterapéuticas constructivistas. Frente a los objetivos propuestos, el presente estudio teórico hizo uso de una investigación bibliográfica, con el objetivo de observar las propuestas existentes por los teóricos de este campo. En particular, se investigó cómo la teoría biológica de Maturana y Varela logró establecer una propuesta de articulación entre diversas áreas del conocimiento humano, en un ejercicio que evitó reduccionismos y dicotomías. De esta forma, se buscó observar cómo una teoría biológica podía ayudar a problematizar cuestiones del campo de la psicología.

Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die Ausarbeitung des Konzepts der Autopoiesis im Werk der Biologen Humberto Maturana Romesín und Francisco Javier Varela García und seinen anschließenden Einzug in den Bereich der Psychologie zu untersuchen. Es wurde ein Ausschnitt für diesen Eingang gewählt, und es wurden zwei Hauptachsen bearbeitet: die erste wurde von der Diskussion über die Produktion von Subjektivität strukturiert, die zweite von der Debatte über konstruktivistische psychotherapeutische Praktiken. Angesichts der vorgeschlagenen Ziele wurde in der vorliegenden theoretischen Studie eine Literaturrecherche durchgeführt, die darauf abzielte, die bestehenden Vorschläge der Theoretiker in diesem Bereich zu beobachten. Insbesondere wurde untersucht, wie es der biologischen Theorie von Maturana und Varela gelungen ist, einen Vorschlag für eine Verbindung zwischen verschiedenen Bereichen des menschlichen Wissens zu schaffen, und zwar in einer Weise, die Reduktionismus und Dichotomien vermeidet. Auf diese Weise haben wir versucht zu beobachten, wie eine biologische Theorie dazu beitragen kann, Fragen im Bereich der Psychologie zu problematisieren.
