El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar la influencia del eucalipto en la recuperación de áreas degradadas mediante la regeneración natural. Tras la tala de los eucaliptos, se evaluaron los árboles que se regeneraron en el lugar, comparándolos con la reforestación heterogénea y analizando cuál de los dos métodos era más viable para recuperar zonas degradadas. Teniendo en cuenta que la recuperación de un área degradada lleva tiempo y es muy costosa para el productor, al plantar eucaliptos y proporcionar regeneración, el productor no sólo estará obteniendo ingresos por la tala y venta de los eucaliptos, sino que también estará protegiendo y recuperando el área a través de la regeneración con el banco genético que existe en el lugar.

Ziel dieser Studie war es, den Einfluss von Eukalyptus auf die Wiederherstellung von degradierten Flächen durch natürliche Regeneration zu bewerten. Nach dem Abholzen der Eukalyptusbäume wurden die auf dem Gelände nachwachsenden Bäume bewertet und mit einer heterogenen Aufforstung verglichen, um zu analysieren, welche der beiden Methoden für die Wiederherstellung degradierter Flächen praktikabler ist. Wenn man bedenkt, dass die Wiederherstellung eines geschädigten Gebiets Zeit braucht und für den Erzeuger sehr teuer ist, wird der Erzeuger durch die Anpflanzung von Eukalyptusbäumen und deren Verjüngung nicht nur ein Einkommen aus dem Einschlag und dem Verkauf der Eukalyptusbäume erzielen, sondern auch das Gebiet durch die Verjüngung mit der vor Ort vorhandenen genetischen Bank schützen und wiederherstellen.

The aim of this study was to assess the influence of eucalyptus on the recovery of degraded areas by providing natural regeneration. After cutting down the eucalyptus, the trees that regenerated on the site were assessed, comparing them with heterogeneous reforestation and analysing which of the two methods was more viable for recovering degraded areas. Bearing in mind that recovering a degraded area takes time and is very expensive for the producer, by planting eucalyptus and providing regeneration, the producer will not only be earning an income from cutting and selling the eucalyptus, but will also be protecting and recovering the area through regeneration with the genetic bank that exists on site.

L'objectif de cette étude était d'évaluer l'influence de l'eucalyptus sur la récupération des zones dégradées en fournissant une régénération naturelle. Après l'abattage des eucalyptus, les arbres qui se sont régénérés sur le site ont été évalués, comparés au reboisement hétérogène et analysés afin de déterminer laquelle des deux méthodes est la plus viable pour la récupération des zones dégradées. Sachant que la récupération d'une zone dégradée prend du temps et est très coûteuse pour le producteur, en plantant des eucalyptus et en assurant la régénération, le producteur ne gagnera pas seulement un revenu en coupant et en vendant les eucalyptus, mais il protégera et récupérera également la zone par la régénération grâce à la banque génétique qui existe sur le site.

Lo scopo di questo studio è stato quello di valutare l'influenza dell'eucalipto sul recupero di aree degradate, fornendo una rigenerazione naturale. Dopo l'abbattimento degli eucalipti, sono stati valutati gli alberi che si sono rigenerati sul sito, confrontandoli con la riforestazione eterogenea e analizzando quale dei due metodi fosse più valido per il recupero delle aree degradate. Tenendo presente che il recupero di un'area degradata richiede tempo ed è molto costoso per il produttore, piantando eucalipti e provvedendo alla rigenerazione, il produttore non solo guadagnerà dal taglio e dalla vendita degli eucalipti, ma proteggerà e recupererà l'area attraverso la rigenerazione con la banca genetica esistente in loco.

Este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a influência do eucalipto na recuperação de áreas degradadas proporcionando a regeneração natural. Após o corte do eucalipto foram avaliados as árvores que regeneravam no local, fazendo o comparativo com reflorestamento heterogénio e analisando quais dos dois métodos se tornavam mais viável para a recuperação de áreas degradadas. Tendo em vista que para recuperar uma áreas degradada custa tempo e o valor se torna muito alto para o produtor e com o plantio do eucalipto proporcionando a regeneração, o produtor, alem de obter uma renda com o corte e a comercialização do eucalipto, ele estará realizando a proteção e recuperação da áreas através da regeneração com o banco genético existente no local.

Social network analysis is increasingly becoming a subject of interest in many diverse areas of study. With the development of online social networks and the high volume of available information online, it is relevant to use this information to better understand how firms are connected to each other and how that can become a competitive advantage. This book aims at studying a specific firm, dividing the analysis into two different contexts. One involving the collaborators of the company and their contacts. Another looking into the direct connections of the company. For data collection, it was used LinkedIn for the first case and information given by the firm for the second part. For the individual network, the data collection resulted in more than 13000, which resulted in around 400 companies after being filtered according to criteria such as position of the person in the company, size, age and sector of the company. The analysis was done using descriptive statistics and the software UCINET to create the representation of the networks and then to further analyze centrality measurements.
