È molto importante sottolineare che, evidentemente, prima del lavoro sul campo, eravamo fisicamente presenti nei seguenti comuni, tutti appartenenti allo stato di San Luis Potosí, ovvero Xilitla, Real de Catorce e Ciudad Valles. Tuttavia, le informazioni disponibili e quelle reperibili erano talmente vaste che, naturalmente, si sono via via configurate diverse linee di ricerca, tutte di insolito interesse per i membri del progetto; tuttavia, è stato necessario optare per quella che aveva il maggior peso specifico per la ricerca stessa: la coltivazione del caffè. Va notato che la decisione si è basata sul budget della ricerca. Il responsabile del presente progetto di ricerca è pienamente consapevole che, in un'altra occasione o nell'ambito di un altro progetto, sarà possibile avventurarsi in una delle varie linee di ricerca che per il momento sono rimaste in sospeso.

Zu Beginn ist es sehr wichtig, darauf hinzuweisen, dass wir natürlich vor der Feldforschung in den folgenden Gemeinden, die alle zum Bundesstaat San Luis Potosí gehören, physisch anwesend waren, nämlich Xilitla, Real de Catorce und Ciudad Valles. Die zur Verfügung stehenden und verfügbaren Informationen waren jedoch so umfangreich, dass sich natürlich nach und nach verschiedene Forschungsrichtungen herauskristallisierten, die bei den Projektteilnehmern allesamt auf ein ungewöhnliches Interesse stießen; man musste sich jedoch für diejenige entscheiden, die das größte spezifische Gewicht für die eigentliche Forschung hatte: den Kaffeeanbau. Es sei darauf hingewiesen, dass diese Entscheidung auf dem Forschungsbudget beruhte. Der Verantwortliche für dieses Forschungsprojekt ist sich bewusst, dass es bei einer anderen Gelegenheit oder im Rahmen eines anderen Projekts möglich sein wird, sich in eine der verschiedenen Forschungsrichtungen zu begeben, die vorläufig noch nicht bearbeitet wurden.

First of all, it is very important to point out that, evidently, prior to the field work, we were physically present in the following municipalities, all of them belonging to the state of San Luis Potosi; that is, Xilitla, Real de Catorce and Ciudad Valles. However, the available information and the information that was available was so vast that, of course, various lines of research were formed, all of them showing an unusual interest among the members of the project; however, it was necessary to opt for the one that had the greatest specific weight for the research itself: coffee growing. Tout d'abord, il est très important de souligner que, bien évidemment, avant le travail de terrain, nous étions physiquement présents dans les municipalités suivantes, qui appartiennent toutes à l'État de San Luis Potosí : Xilitla, Real de Catorce et Ciudad Valles. Cependant, l'information disponible et les informations disponibles étaient si vastes que, bien entendu, diverses lignes de recherche ont été progressivement configurées, toutes montrant un intérêt inhabituel parmi les membres du projet ; cependant, il a été nécessaire d'opter pour celle qui avait le plus grand poids spécifique pour la recherche elle-même : la culture du café. Il est à noter que la décision a été prise en fonction du budget de la recherche. Le responsable de ce projet de recherche est pleinement conscient qu'à une autre occasion ou dans le cadre d'un autre projet, il sera possible de s'aventurer dans l'une des différentes lignes de recherche qui ont été laissées en suspens pour le moment.

No entanto, a informação disponível e a que estava disponível era tão vasta que, naturalmente, se foram configurando várias linhas de investigação, todas elas revelando um interesse invulgar entre os membros do projeto; no entanto, foi necessário optar por aquela que tinha maior peso específico para a própria investigação: a cafeicultura. É de salientar que a decisão teve por base o orçamento da investigação. O responsável por este projeto de investigação tem plena consciência de que, numa outra oportunidade ou no âmbito de um outro projeto, será possível enveredar por uma das várias linhas de investigação que, por enquanto, ficaram pendentes.
