Justice in Cameroon is in perpetual evolution. Justice in Cameroon has several faces, notably, social justice, legal justice, administrative justice, and among others, military justice. Military justice is known today as one of the most important justice of the State of Cameroon by its use at the top of the State. The organization and functioning of military justice will be the subject of this research. To understand and make available to users and legal professionals this document to better understand and navigate the military legal system is our objective.

La justicia militar es conocida hoy como una de las formas más importantes de justicia en Camerún debido a su uso en la cúpula del Estado. La giustizia militare è oggi conosciuta come una delle forme più importanti di giustizia in Camerun, grazie al suo utilizzo ai vertici dello Stato. L'organizzazione e il funzionamento della giustizia militare saranno l'oggetto di questa ricerca. Comprendere e mettere a disposizione degli utenti e dei professionisti del diritto questo documento per meglio comprendere e orientarsi nel sistema giuridico militare è il nostro obiettivo.

Die Justiz in Kamerun befindet sich in einem ständigen Wandel. Die Justiz in Kamerun hat viele Gesichter, insbesondere die soziale Justiz, die juristische Justiz, die Verwaltungsjustiz und unter anderem die Militärjustiz. Die Militärjustiz ist heute als eine der wichtigsten Justizbehörden des Staates Kamerun bekannt, da sie an der Spitze des Staates eingesetzt wird. Die Organisation und Funktionsweise der Militärjustiz ist Gegenstand dieser Untersuchung. Unser Ziel ist es, dieses Dokument zu verstehen und es Nutzern und Juristen zur Verfügung zu stellen, damit sie das Militärrechtssystem besser verstehen und sich darin zurechtfinden können.

O objectivo desta investigação intitulada "O CONSELHO CONSTITUCIONAL NO CAMEROON" é tentar compreender por que razão, desde a constituição de 18 de Janeiro de 1996, o Conselho Constitucional só foi posto em prática a 7 de Fevereiro de 2018. A questão que aqui tentamos responder é a que causou o estabelecimento efectivo do Conselho Constitucional nos Camarões? Os nossos objectivos eram demonstrar como esta nova instituição funciona e como está organizada, quem são os seus representantes e quais são os seus papéis e atributos. A importância desta investigação reside no facto de a compreensão das noções em torno do Conselho Constitucional fornecer uma visão geral das instituições parlamentares dos Camarões. Após uma ampla revisão da literatura, optámos por demonstrar esta asserção empregando os métodos de exegese e casuística para chegar às nossas conclusões.

Lo scopo di questa ricerca, intitolata "IL CONSIGLIO COSTITUZIONALE IN CAMERONE", è cercare di capire perché dalla costituzione del 18 gennaio 1996, il Consiglio costituzionale è stato istituito solo il 7 febbraio 2018. La domanda a cui abbiamo cercato di rispondere qui è: cosa ha causato l'effettiva istituzione del Consiglio costituzionale in Camerun? I nostri obiettivi erano quelli di dimostrare come funziona e come è organizzata questa nuova istituzione, chi sono i suoi rappresentanti e quali sono i loro ruoli e attributi. L'importanza di questa ricerca risiede nel fatto che la comprensione delle nozioni che circondano il Consiglio costituzionale fornisce un'ampia panoramica delle istituzioni parlamentari del Camerun. Dopo aver condotto un'ampia rassegna della letteratura, abbiamo scelto di dimostrare questa affermazione impiegando i metodi dell'esegesi e della casistica per giungere alle nostre conclusioni.

The purpose of this research entitled "THE CONSTITUTIONAL COUNCIL IN CAMEROON" is to try to understand why since the constitution of 18 January 1996, the Constitutional Council was only put in place on 7 February 2018. The question we have tried to answer here is what caused the effective establishment of the Constitutional Council in Cameroon? Our objectives were to demonstrate how this new institution functions and how it is organised, who the representatives are here and what their roles and attributes are. The importance of this research lies in the fact that understanding the notions surrounding the Constitutional Council provides a broad overview of Cameroon's parliamentary institutions. After conducting a broad review of the literature, we chose to demonstrate this assertion by employing the methods of exegesis and casuistry to reach our conclusions.

Das Ziel dieser Studie mit dem Titel "LE CONSEIL CONSTITUTIONEL AU CAMEROUN" ist es, zu verstehen, warum der Verfassungsrat seit der Verfassung vom 18. Januar 1996 erst am 7. Februar 2018 eingerichtet wurde. Die Frage, die wir hier zu beantworten versucht haben, ist, was die Ursache für die tatsächliche Einsetzung des Verfassungsrates in Kamerun war. Unsere Ziele waren es, zu zeigen, wie diese neue Institution funktioniert und wie sie organisiert ist, wer die Vertreter sind und welche Rollen und Attribute sie haben. Die Bedeutung dieser Untersuchung liegt darin, dass das Verständnis der Begriffe rund um den Verfassungsrat einen umfassenden Überblick über die parlamentarischen Institutionen in Kamerun ermöglicht. Nach einer umfassenden Literaturübersicht haben wir uns entschieden, diese Behauptung mit Hilfe der Methoden der Exegese und der Kasuistik zu belegen, um zu unseren Schlussfolgerungen zu gelangen.

El objetivo de esta investigación titulada "EL CONSEJO CONSTITUCIONAL EN CAMERÚN" es tratar de entender por qué desde la constitución del 18 de enero de 1996, el Consejo Constitucional no se puso en marcha hasta el 7 de febrero de 2018. La pregunta a la que hemos intentado responder aquí es ¿qué ha provocado la creación efectiva del Consejo Constitucional en Camerún? Nuestros objetivos eran demostrar cómo funciona esta nueva institución y cómo se organiza, quiénes son los representantes aquí y cuáles son sus funciones y atribuciones. La importancia de esta investigación radica en que la comprensión de las nociones que rodean al Consejo Constitucional proporciona una amplia visión de las instituciones parlamentarias de Camerún. Tras realizar una amplia revisión de la bibliografía, optamos por demostrar esta afirmación empleando los métodos de la exégesis y la casuística para llegar a nuestras conclusiones.
