Le bloc opératoire est reconnu par le patient comme un environnement hostile et inconnu qui génère de la peur et de l'anxiété, ainsi qu'une inquiétude quant à son état de santé. Plusieurs études établissent un lien entre l'anxiété et la douleur, et l'on sait que le contrôle de la douleur postopératoire a une influence directe sur le rétablissement du patient. Des soins humanisés et une bonne relation infirmière-patient peuvent réduire cette anxiété et faciliter le rétablissement. L'objectif de cette étude est d'évaluer l'effet de l'humanisation des soins chirurgicaux sur la réduction de la douleur et de l'anxiété chez les patients ; pour ce faire, une recherche bibliographique systématisée de sources documentaires primaires et secondaires a été effectuée. L'anxiété accompagne le patient tout au long de la période périopératoire et est directement liée aux résultats de l'intervention. L'équipe soignante créera une relation de confiance avec le patient pour réduire cette anxiété et ses interventions viseront à lui apporter une sécurité physique et émotionnelle tout au long du processus. L'humanisation place le patient au centre des soins et nécessite une écoute active et empathique, en fournissant toutes les informations nécessaires.

Diversi studi mettono in relazione l'ansia con il dolore ed è noto che il controllo del dolore postoperatorio ha un'influenza diretta sul recupero del paziente. Un'assistenza umanizzata e un buon rapporto infermiere-paziente possono ridurre l'ansia e facilitare il recupero. Lo scopo di questo studio è valutare l'effetto dell'umanizzazione dell'assistenza chirurgica sulla riduzione del dolore e dell'ansia nei pazienti; a tal fine, è stata effettuata una ricerca bibliografica sistematica di fonti documentali primarie e secondarie. L'ansia accompagna il paziente per tutto il periodo perioperatorio ed è direttamente correlata ai risultati dell'intervento. L'équipe infermieristica creerà un rapporto di fiducia con il paziente per ridurre questa ansia e i suoi interventi saranno mirati a fornire sicurezza fisica ed emotiva durante tutto il processo. L'umanizzazione pone il paziente al centro dell'assistenza e richiede un ascolto attivo ed empatico, fornendo tutte le informazioni necessarie.

Mehrere Studien stellen einen Zusammenhang zwischen Angst und Schmerz her, und es ist bekannt, dass die postoperative Schmerzkontrolle einen direkten Einfluss auf die Genesung des Patienten hat. Eine humanisierte Pflege und eine gute Beziehung zwischen Krankenschwester und Patient können diese Ängste verringern und die Genesung erleichtern. Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die Auswirkungen der Humanisierung der chirurgischen Pflege auf die Verringerung von Schmerzen und Ängsten bei Patienten zu bewerten; zu diesem Zweck wurde eine systematische bibliografische Suche in primären und sekundären dokumentarischen Quellen durchgeführt. Die Angst begleitet den Patienten während der gesamten perioperativen Phase und steht in direktem Zusammenhang mit den Ergebnissen des Eingriffs. Das Pflegeteam baut eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung zum Patienten auf, um diese Ängste abzubauen, und ihre Interventionen zielen darauf ab, während des gesamten Prozesses physische und emotionale Sicherheit zu bieten. Die Humanisierung stellt den Patienten in den Mittelpunkt der Pflege und erfordert ein aktives und einfühlsames Zuhören sowie die Bereitstellung aller notwendigen Informationen.

Vários estudos relacionam a ansiedade com a dor e sabe-se que o controlo da dor pós-operatória tem uma influência direta na recuperação do doente. O cuidado humanizado e uma boa relação enfermeiro-paciente podem reduzir essa ansiedade e facilitar a recuperação. O objetivo deste estudo é avaliar o efeito da humanização dos cuidados cirúrgicos na redução da dor e da ansiedade dos doentes; para tal, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica sistematizada em fontes documentais primárias e secundárias. A ansiedade acompanha o paciente durante todo o período perioperatório e está diretamente relacionada com os resultados da intervenção. A equipa de enfermagem criará uma relação de confiança com o doente para reduzir esta ansiedade, e as suas intervenções terão como objetivo proporcionar segurança física e emocional durante todo o processo. A humanização coloca o doente no centro dos cuidados e requer uma escuta ativa e empática, fornecendo todas as informações necessárias.

Humanization in care and a good nurse-patient relationship can reduce this anxiety and facilitate recovery. The aim of this work is to evaluate the effect of the humanization of surgical care in the reduction of pain and anxiety of the patient; for this purpose, a systematized bibliographic search was carried out in primary and secondary documentary sources. Anxiety accompanies the patient throughout the perioperative period and is directly related to the results of the intervention. The nursing team will create a relationship of trust with the patient to reduce this anxiety, and their interventions will be aimed at providing physical and emotional security throughout the process. Humanization puts the patient at the center of care and requires active and empathic listening, providing all the necessary information.

Diversos estudios relacionan la ansiedad con el dolor y se sabe que el control del dolor postoperatorio influye directamente en la recuperación del paciente. El objetivo del trabajo es evaluar el efecto de la humanización de los cuidados quirúrgicos en la disminución del dolor y la ansiedad del paciente; para ello se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica sistematizada en fuentes documentales primarias y secundarias. La ansiedad acompaña al paciente durante todo el perioperatorio y está directamente relacionada con los resultados de la intervención. El equipo de enfermería creará una relación de confianza con el paciente para disminuir esa ansiedad, y sus intervenciones irán encaminadas a procurarle seguridad física y emocional durante todo el proceso. La humanización pone al paciente en el centro del cuidado y obliga a una escucha activa y empática, facilitando toda la información necesaria.
