Vuonna 1907 Suomalainen Kustannus-Osakeyhtiö Kansa julkaisi Väinö Hämeen-Anttilan suomennoskokoelman Uusi katakombi ja muita kertomuksia. Nämä neljä jännityskertomusta on nyt muokattu nykylukijalle paremmin sopiviksi janimetty uudelleen.Jännityskertomukset olivat osa Arthur Conan Doylen The Green Flag -kokoelmaa.
