The author has conducted a study on the growth and development of Industries and the problems of environmental pollution because of cement industries. He has also studied the effects of pollution in the lives of workers of cement industry such as medical treatment, special diet, sanitation, etc,. The major findings of his research are majority of the workers working in cement industry has been suffering from air pollution and noice pollution and they are spending major part of their income for medical treatment. The author has also suggested to establish health centers, to follow measures to reduce air pollution, water pollution and noice pollution to save the lives of the workers working in cement industries.
