Le besoin d'informatiser les activités organisationnelles s'étant accru, il est devenu nécessaire pour les organisations pluridisciplinaires d'intégrer leurs divers systèmes d'information afin d'obtenir des performances efficaces et meilleures. Cette recherche vise à évaluer les avantages qu'une organisation pluridisciplinaire peut tirer de l'intégration de ses systèmes. Une approche transversale a été adoptée pour atteindre les objectifs souhaités.

Da die Notwendigkeit, organisatorische Aktivitäten zu computerisieren, zugenommen hat, ist es für multidisziplinäre Organisationen notwendig geworden, ihre verschiedenen Informationssysteme für eine effektive und bessere Leistung zu integrieren. Mit dieser Untersuchung soll ermittelt werden, wie eine multidisziplinäre Organisation von der Integration ihrer Systeme profitieren kann. Um die angestrebten Ziele zu erreichen, wurde ein querschnittlicher Ansatz gewählt.

A medida que ha aumentado la necesidad de informatizar las actividades de las organizaciones, se ha hecho necesario que las organizaciones multidisciplinares integren sus diversos sistemas de información para lograr un rendimiento eficaz y mejor. Esta investigación pretende evaluar cómo una organización multidisciplinar se beneficiará de la integración de sus sistemas. Se adoptó un enfoque de diseño transversal para alcanzar los objetivos deseados.

Questa ricerca mira a valutare come un'organizzazione multidisciplinare possa trarre vantaggio dall'integrazione dei propri sistemi. Per raggiungere gli obiettivi desiderati è stato adottato un approccio progettuale trasversale.

In this work, a web based system to match job requirements with profiles of jobseekers was developed. Uganda Management Institute Kampala was chosen as the case study due to its strategic location, big size and employee capacity. The system developed was intended to save time and reduce costs incurred by employers in the process of matching job requirements with applicants¿ profiles and jobseekers finding the right jobs. To achieve the intended objectives, interviews and literature review were used for data collection so as to gain knowledge about existing job matching systems; the guiding research question was ¿what is the contribution of web based technology towards the effectiveness of the recruitment process in organizations?¿

This study invested the face recognition system as a method of authentication for recognition of students in Mengo Senior secondary school. The objectives of the study where to study the inherent weaknesses of other technologies that are already existing, to determine the requirements for the Face Recognition Systems as a method of authentication for Mengo Senior School, to design the Face Recognition System for the purpose of authentication and to implement a working prototype of the Face Recognition System as a method of authentication for Mengo Senior School. The methods used in data collection were structured questionnaires and interviews.The author used C# programming language to develop the algorithms of the system. Visual Studio was also used to design interfaces and open CV libraries. Thus, the system was developed, tested and proved to be successful. In organizations, Back up systems should always be used.
