Ce livre est une publication sur le climat de travail des travailleurs sociaux basée sur les données de deux enquêtes menées par l'Association officielle du travail social de La Rioja : une enquête sur l'insertion professionnelle menée auprès d'un échantillon de 271 membres actifs de l'Association et une enquête sur la satisfaction professionnelle et associative menée auprès de 197 membres de l'Association. Elle analyse la situation sociodémographique, la formation et l'emploi des travailleurs sociaux de La Rioja, leur satisfaction au travail dans la perspective de la théorie bifactorielle d'Herzberg et l'acquisition de compétences dans leur travail.

Questo libro è una pubblicazione sul clima occupazionale degli assistenti sociali basata sui dati di due indagini condotte dall'Associazione Ufficiale di Servizio Sociale di La Rioja: un'indagine sull'inserimento lavorativo condotta su un campione di 271 membri attivi dell'Associazione e un'indagine sulla soddisfazione lavorativa e associativa condotta su 197 membri dell'Associazione. L'indagine analizza la situazione socio-demografica, formativa e occupazionale degli assistenti sociali di La Rioja, la loro soddisfazione lavorativa dal punto di vista della teoria dei bifattori di Herzberg e l'acquisizione di competenze nelle loro prestazioni lavorative.

This book is a publication on the labor climate of social workers based on data from two surveys carried out by the Official Association of Social Work of La Rioja: a survey of job placement conducted among a sample of 271 active members of the Association and a survey of job and professional satisfaction conducted among 197 members of the Association. The contents of the survey analyze the socio-demographic, training and employment situation of social workers in La Rioja, their job satisfaction from the perspective of Herzberg's bifactor theory and the acquisition of skills in their work performance.
