Die Arbeit behandelt daher die gesetzlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Grundlagen eines Personalrisikomanagements, unterlegt den bisher unbestimmten Begriff des Personalrisikos mit einer organisationstheoretischen Fundierung und diskutiert vor diesem Hintergrund Instrumente und Methoden der Identifikation, Bewertung, Steuerung und Dokumentation bestehender oder zukünftiger personalwirtschaftlicher Risiken.Im Ergebnis wird durch die theoriegeleitete und empirische Analyse ressourcenorientierter Risiken eine Basis für die theoretische und praktische Personalarbeit gelegt, um Risikopotenziale im Personalbereich frühzeitig aufzudecken und ihnen durch geeignete Risikovorsorge entsprechend begegnen zu können.

In recent years, the city of Delhi has had an explosive growth in terms of economy and Demography. Mostly through the In-Migration of people coming to Delhi for better employment opportunities. Many of them are from the poorer sections of society. Hence, there is a growing shortage of affordable housing in the city. The apex body Delhi Development Authority, has not been able to provide the it at the required rate, leading to shortage of planned and legal housing for the people. This study is to unravel the Real estate market in UACs of Delhi, the reasons of their growth and implications of the government policies on them. The Real estate market in these colonies is disintegrated and informal. Study is based on the parameters such as investment size, plot sizes, Liquidity of buying and selling period, Lock-in period, the FAR built-up. Other parameters include rental income, accommodation, tenure of the tenants, investment- post purchase and the Average rate of return.

Paul explores both how and why U.S. military intervention decisions are made. Pursuit of that inquiry requires the identification of decision participants, thorough examination of the decision making processes they employ, and recognition of several factors that influence intervention decisions: the national interest, legitimacy, and the legacies of previous policies. This book provides chapter length treatment of each of these issues. The research is based on detailed historical case studies for the four U.S. Marines on the beach military interventions in Latin America since World War II: The Dominican Republic (1965), Grenada (1983), Panama (1989), and Haiti (1994). Additional cases (notably Afghanistan and Iraq) enter the discussion when considering findings with broader implications.Of the existing theories of governance that compete to explain government policy making, Paul finds that elite theory provides the best general model for intervention decision making, but that the notions of both pluralist and class theorists contribute to a complete explanation, and sometimes in an unexpected way. Findings also indicate considerable contribution from and constraint by institutional sources. However, far from finding that institutional factors are wholly deterministic, this research offers support for a choice-within-constraints model. Conclusions suggest that top decision-makers (especially the president) enjoy wide latitude in framing the national interest and in choosing where to and where not to intervene.
