È stata condotta una caratterizzazione e un'analisi della politica di assistenza fornita dalle Unità Sanitarie di Base (UFS) ai pazienti stranieri residenti o meno nel comune di Foz do Iguaçu-PR tra il 2010 e il 2016, per comprendere la percezione degli operatori sanitari che hanno svolto questo servizio alla popolazione studiata. Ricerca quanti-qualitativa con raccolta sistematica di dati sulla popolazione straniera che ha frequentato le Unità Sanitarie di Base (UFS) di Foz do Iguaçu-PR tra il 2010 e il 2016. Sono state scelte sei unità sanitarie perché sono situate in diversi distretti sanitari della città e presentano comunque caratteristiche simili, in quanto sono considerate dei gateway per gli utenti del SUS.

Eine Charakterisierung und Analyse der Politik der Pflege durch die Basic Health Units (BHU) für ausländische Patienten leben oder nicht in der Gemeinde Foz do Iguaçu-PR zwischen 2010 und 2016 durchgeführt wurde, um die Wahrnehmung der Angehörigen der Gesundheitsberufe, die diesen Dienst an der Bevölkerung untersucht durchgeführt zu verstehen. Quantitativ-qualitative Forschung mit systematischer Datenerhebung über die ausländische Bevölkerung, die zwischen 2010 und 2016 die Basisgesundheitseinheiten (BHU) von Foz do Iguaçu-PR besucht hat. Sechs Gesundheitsstationen wurden ausgewählt, weil sie sich in verschiedenen Sanitärbezirken der Stadt befinden und dennoch ähnliche Merkmale aufweisen, da sie als Einfallstore für SUS-Nutzer gelten.

Se realizó una caracterización y análisis de la política de atención prestada por las Unidades Básicas de Salud (UBS) a pacientes extranjeros residentes o no en el municipio de Foz do Iguaçu-PR entre 2010 y 2016 para conocer la percepción de los profesionales de salud que realizaron este servicio a la población estudiada. Investigación cuanti-cualitativa con recolección sistemática de datos sobre la población extranjera que acudió a las Unidades Básicas de Salud (UBS) de Foz do Iguaçu-PR entre 2010 y 2016. Fueron escogidas seis unidades de salud por estar localizadas en diferentes Distritos Sanitarios de la ciudad, y aún tener características semejantes, por ser consideradas puertas de entrada de los usuarios del SUS.

A characterization and analysis of the policy of care provided by the Basic Health Units (BHU) to foreign patients living or not in the municipality of Foz do Iguaçu-PR between 2010 and 2016 was conducted to understand the perception of health professionals who performed this service to the population studied. Quanti-qualitative research with systematic data collection on the foreign population that attended the Basic Health Units (BHU) of Foz do Iguaçu-PR between 2010 and 2016. Six health units were chosen because they are located in different Sanitary Districts of the city, and still have similar characteristics, as they are considered gateways for SUS users.

Une caractérisation et une analyse de la politique de soins fournie par les unités de santé de base (BHU) aux patients étrangers résidant ou non dans la municipalité de Foz do Iguaçu-PR entre 2010 et 2016 ont été réalisées afin de comprendre la perception des professionnels de santé qui ont réalisé ce service auprès de la population étudiée. Recherche quanti-qualitative avec collecte systématique de données sur la population étrangère qui a fréquenté les unités de santé de base (USB) de Foz do Iguaçu-PR entre 2010 et 2016. Six unités de santé ont été choisies parce qu'elles sont situées dans différents districts sanitaires de la ville, tout en ayant des caractéristiques similaires, car elles sont considérées comme des portes d'entrée pour les utilisateurs du SUS.
