Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Beziehung zwischen den in der Bildungseinrichtung San José umgesetzten Maßnahmen zur schulischen Koexistenz und deren Beziehung zur Konfliktlösung zu erklären. Die Untersuchung wurde mit einer qualitativen Methodik durchgeführt, mit einem ethnomethodologischen Ansatz, der auf halbstrukturierten Interviews und Umfragen basiert. Ausgangspunkt waren konzeptionelle Fragen, die mit dem Ziel formuliert wurden, das Vorwissen der Schüler über das Thema zu erfassen. Sie wurden zu den Vorschriften über die schulische Koexistenz, zu ihrer Anwendbarkeit in der Einrichtung, zum Koexistenz-Handbuch, zum Umgang mit Konflikten und zum Unterschied zwischen Gewalt und Konflikt befragt, wobei zu berücksichtigen ist, dass diese Einrichtung unter das System der strafrechtlichen Verantwortung für Jugendliche in Kolumbien fällt. Die Schlussfolgerung ist, dass es keine klare Differenzierung in der Konzeption und den Regeln für das Zusammenleben in der Schule gibt, sowohl bei den Schülern als auch bei einigen Lehrern, und dass die Lösung von Konflikten auf der Grundlage des Handbuchs für das Zusammenleben als Strafmaßnahme und nicht als Reflexions- oder Wiederherstellungsmaßnahme erfolgt.

The aim of this paper is to explain the relationship between the policies for school coexistence implemented in the San José Educational Institution and its relationship with conflict resolution. The research had a qualitative methodology, with an ethnomethodological approach, based on semi-structured interviews and surveys. The starting point was conceptual questions formulated with the purpose of having an appreciation of the previous knowledge that the students have about the subject, they were asked about the regulations related to school coexistence, about its applicability in the institution, about the coexistence manual, about the treatment they give to conflicts, about the difference between violence and conflict, bearing in mind that this institution is framed under the system of criminal responsibility for adolescents in the Colombian territory. It is concluded that there is no clear differentiation in the conceptualisation and regulations governing school coexistence, by students and some teachers, conflict resolution is done from the coexistence manual as a punitive exercise, not reflective or restorative.

O objetivo deste trabalho é explicar a relação entre as políticas de convivência escolar implementadas na Instituição Educativa de São José e a sua relação com a resolução de conflitos. A investigação teve uma metodologia qualitativa, com uma abordagem etnometodológica, baseada em entrevistas semi-estruturadas e inquéritos. O ponto de partida foram perguntas conceituais formuladas com o objetivo de ter uma apreciação do conhecimento prévio que os alunos têm sobre o assunto, eles foram questionados sobre os regulamentos relacionados à convivência escolar, sobre sua aplicabilidade na instituição, sobre o manual de convivência, sobre o tratamento que eles dão aos conflitos, sobre a diferença entre violência e conflito, tendo em mente que esta instituição está enquadrada no sistema de responsabilidade criminal para adolescentes no território colombiano. Conclui-se que não existe uma diferenciação clara na concetualização e nas normas que regem a convivência escolar, por parte dos alunos e de alguns professores, a resolução de conflitos é feita a partir do manual de convivência como um exercício punitivo, não reflexivo ou restaurativo.

L'objectif de cet article est d'expliquer la relation entre les politiques de coexistence scolaire mises en ¿uvre dans l'institution éducative de San José et sa relation avec la résolution des conflits. La recherche s'est appuyée sur une méthodologie qualitative, avec une approche ethnométhodologique, basée sur des entretiens semi-structurés et des enquêtes. Le point de départ était des questions conceptuelles formulées dans le but d'apprécier les connaissances préalables des élèves sur le sujet. Ils ont été interrogés sur les réglementations relatives à la coexistence à l'école, sur son applicabilité dans l'établissement, sur le manuel de coexistence, sur le traitement qu'ils réservent aux conflits, sur la différence entre la violence et le conflit, en gardant à l'esprit que cet établissement est encadré par le système de responsabilité pénale pour les adolescents sur le territoire colombien. La conclusion est qu'il n'y a pas de différenciation claire dans la conceptualisation et les règles régissant la coexistence à l'école, de la part des élèves et de certains enseignants, la résolution des conflits se fait à partir du manuel de coexistence comme un exercice punitif, et non pas réflexif ou réparateur.

L'obiettivo di questo lavoro è spiegare la relazione tra le politiche di convivenza scolastica attuate nell'istituzione educativa di San José e il suo rapporto con la risoluzione dei conflitti. La ricerca ha avuto una metodologia qualitativa, con un approccio etnometodologico, basato su interviste semi-strutturate e sondaggi. Il punto di partenza sono state le domande concettuali formulate con l'obiettivo di avere una valutazione delle conoscenze pregresse che gli studenti hanno sull'argomento, sono stati interrogati sulle normative relative alla convivenza scolastica, sulla sua applicabilità nell'istituzione, sul manuale di convivenza, sul trattamento che riservano ai conflitti, sulla differenza tra violenza e conflitto, tenendo presente che questa istituzione è inquadrata nel sistema di responsabilità penale per gli adolescenti nel territorio colombiano. Si conclude che non c'è una chiara differenziazione nella concettualizzazione e nelle norme che regolano la convivenza scolastica, da parte degli studenti e di alcuni insegnanti, la risoluzione dei conflitti viene fatta dal manuale di convivenza come esercizio punitivo, non riflessivo o riparativo.

I could name every young lady back to the first grade, which I liked or thought I liked, she was never there.On November 8th, 2001 at 4:20am, A Dream... her eyes, her silhouette, her name on my lips, as I bolted to sit-up, a life time of pain anger, negative memories, all ripped from within, at the same moment, love, not just what was lost but a mix of passionate-unconditional love, all within the span of 4 syllables, her name!!! next 6 months, memories love, thoughts, from pencil to page. My son died, as did my heart!!!
