School Coaching is a form of accompaniment in the redesign of the relationship between the school principal and his/her collaborators, in the short and long term in their mutual effort to solve their interaction and communication problems within the establishment. School Coaching is fundamental in the personal leadership of the members that make up the school, allowing them to evaluate and reflect on their roles, beliefs and objectives, becoming aware of the enormous potential they possess and their internal resources. When school organisations are in conflict, expectations regarding what the other should do, what they expect from the other, usually provoke frustration, sadness, loneliness, impotence, helplessness... and a deep sense of DISENCHANTMENT. Coaching delves into the beliefs and limitations that are anchoring the members in these emotions. These beliefs and limitations are linked to the development of their Emotional Intelligence. In this sense this book puts a special emphasis on the training and development of the soft skills that make up the way to learn how to do School Coaching.

Le School Coaching est une forme d'accompagnement dans la refonte de la relation entre le directeur de l'école et ses collaborateurs, à court et à long terme, dans leur effort mutuel pour résoudre leurs problèmes d'interaction et de communication au sein de l'établissement. Le coaching scolaire est fondamental dans le leadership personnel des membres qui composent l'école, en leur permettant d'évaluer et de réfléchir à leurs rôles, croyances et objectifs, en prenant conscience de l'énorme potentiel qu'ils possèdent et de leurs ressources internes. Lorsque les organisations scolaires sont en conflit, les attentes concernant ce que l'autre devrait faire, ce qu'il attend de l'autre, provoquent généralement frustration, tristesse, solitude, impuissance, désarroi... et un profond sentiment de désenchantement. Le coaching explore les croyances et les limitations qui ancrent les membres dans ces émotions. Ces croyances et limitations sont liées au développement de leur intelligence émotionnelle. Il Coaching scolastico è fondamentale nella leadership personale dei membri che compongono la scuola, permettendo loro di valutare e riflettere sui propri ruoli, convinzioni e obiettivi, prendendo coscienza dell'enorme potenziale che possiedono e delle loro risorse interne. Quando le organizzazioni scolastiche sono in conflitto, le aspettative su ciò che l'altro dovrebbe fare, su ciò che si aspetta dall'altro, di solito provocano frustrazione, tristezza, solitudine, impotenza, impotenza... e un profondo senso di DISINCANTO. Bei Konflikten zwischen Schulorganisationen führen Erwartungen bezüglich dessen, was der andere tun sollte, was er vom anderen erwartet, in der Regel zu Frustration, Traurigkeit, Einsamkeit, Ohnmacht, Hilflosigkeit ... und einem tiefen Gefühl der ENTSCHÄDIGUNG.
