Es handelt sich um eine Untersuchung der Unterrichtspraxis, wobei davon ausgegangen wird, dass eine wirksame Unterrichtspraxis eine unverzichtbare Brücke zwischen Theorie und Praxis in der Lehrerausbildung darstellt. Die Studie betrachtet die Unterrichtspraxis als eine Lehrphase der Lehrerausbildung, in der die Studierenden praktische und berufliche Erfahrungen sammeln können, indem sie alle pädagogischen Theorien, die sie während der Ausbildung erworben oder gelernt haben, in die Praxis umsetzen. Um dieses edle Ziel zu erreichen, bedarf es einer ernsthaften und kontinuierlichen Modellierung, eines Gerüsts und einer angemessenen Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten. Die Studierenden müssen sehr gut unterstützt werden, wenn sie in die beruflichen Anforderungen des Lehrerberufs eingeführt werden. Die Fallstudie hat gezeigt, dass die Studierenden die für eine gute Lehrtätigkeit erforderlichen pädagogischen Fähigkeiten erworben und entwickelt haben. Die Lehrerfahrung hätte jedoch fruchtbarer sein können, wenn die Organisation, Betreuung und Kommunikation zwischen der Hochschule und den Schulen, den Dozenten und Mentoren sowie zwischen anderen Betreuern und Studierenden verbessert worden wäre. Daher schlägt der Autor einen Rahmen vor, der genutzt werden kann, um die Lehrpraxis zu einer effektiven Brücke zwischen Theorie und Praxis zu machen.

L'étude considère la pratique de l'enseignement des étudiants comme une phase d'apprentissage de la formation des enseignants pour que les étudiants acquièrent une expérience pratique et professionnelle en traduisant en pratique toutes les théories éducatives qu'ils ont acquises ou apprises pendant leur formation. Pour atteindre ce noble objectif, il est nécessaire de mettre en place une modélisation sérieuse et continue, un étayage et une communication adéquate entre toutes les parties prenantes. Les étudiants ont besoin d'être très bien renforcés alors qu'ils sont introduits dans les exigences professionnelles de l'enseignement. Cette étude de cas a révélé que les étudiants ont acquis et développé les compétences pédagogiques nécessaires pour bien enseigner. This is an exploration of Teaching Practice with a view that an Effective Teaching Practice is an indispensable bridge between Theory and Practice in Teacher education. The study regards student teaching practice as an apprenticeship phase of teacher education for students to gain practical and professional experience by translating all the educational theories they have acquired or learnt during training, into practice. To achieve this noble purpose, there is need for a serious and continuous modeling, scaffolding and proper communication among all stakeholders. Students need to be very well reinforced as they are being introduced into the professional demands of teaching. This case study revealed that students acquired and developed pedagogic skills necessary for them to teach well, however, the teaching experience could have been more fruitful if its organization, supervision, and communication was improved between the college and the schools; the lecturers and mentor teachers as well as between other supervisors and students. Therefore, the author proposes a framework which can be used to make teaching practice an effective bridge between theory and practice.
