Nell'ambito del progetto "Pueblo Invisibles" abbiamo sviluppato un primo approccio alla territorialità rappresentata dalle enclavi interne del Dipartimento di Rocha, alle loro caratteristiche, interazioni, punti di forza, debolezze, opportunità e minacce. Dalla scienza "dura", ottenendo dati da varie fonti come INE, PROBIDES, IDR tra le altre, corroborati e rettificati attraverso visite sul campo, dove sono stati realizzati numerosi dialoghi e interviste con gli attori locali delle aree più diverse, ci ha permesso di stabilire un primo approccio propositivo che fa riferimento allo sviluppo locale attraverso l'educazione come "motore" della crescita, sfruttando la sinergia generata dal triangolo identità - storia - commercio, essendo il prodotto di questo nella sua espressione minima il chicco di riso come per il corpo umano una cellula. In questo articolo illustreremo il risultato dello studio sulla città di Lascano definita in Capitale, Riso, Paesaggio, Patrimonio, Sviluppo.

Im Rahmen des Projekts "Pueblo Invisibles" haben wir eine erste Annäherung an die Territorialität der Binnenenklaven des Departements Rocha, ihre Merkmale, Interaktionen, Stärken, Schwächen, Chancen und Gefahren entwickelt. Ausgehend von der "harten" Wissenschaft, bei der wir Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen wie INE, PROBIDES, IDR u.a. erhalten haben, die durch Besuche vor Ort bestätigt und berichtigt wurden, bei denen mehrere Dialoge und Interviews mit lokalen Akteuren aus den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen geführt wurden, konnten wir einen ersten propositionalen Ansatz erstellen, der sich auf die lokale Entwicklung durch Bildung als "Motor" des Wachstums bezieht und die Synergie nutzt, die durch das Dreieck Identität - Geschichte - Handel entsteht, wobei das Produkt dieses Dreiecks in seiner minimalen Ausprägung das Reiskorn ist, wie es für den menschlichen Körper eine Zelle ist. In diesem Artikel werden wir das Ergebnis der Studie über die Stadt Lascano, definiert in Hauptstadt, Reis, Landschaft, Erbe, Entwicklung, näher erläutern.

No âmbito do projeto "Pueblo Invisibles" desenvolvemos uma primeira abordagem à territorialidade representada pelos enclaves interiores do Departamento de Rocha, suas características, interacções, forças, fraquezas, oportunidades e ameaças. A partir da ciência "dura", a obtenção de dados de diversas fontes como o INE, PROBIDES, IDR entre outras, sendo estes corroborados e rectificados através de visitas de campo, onde foram conseguidos diversos diálogos e entrevistas com actores locais das mais diferentes áreas, permitiu-nos estabelecer uma primeira abordagem propositiva que remete para o desenvolvimento local através da educação como "motor" de crescimento, aproveitando a sinergia gerada pelo triângulo identidade - história - comércio, sendo o produto deste na sua expressão mínima o grão de arroz tal como é para o corpo humano uma célula. Neste artigo detalharemos o resultado do estudo sobre a cidade de Lascano definida em Capital, Arroz, Paisagem, Património, Desenvolvimento.
