The problem took place when Sidharth found out from another fellow batchmate and younger sister of Shambhavi that our heroine doesn't believe in being happy ever after. When Sidharth dug a little deeper, he found out about Shambhavi's first marriage and how awful her ex husband was. Due to him, She lost her belief in love.
