El análisis experimental se lleva a cabo para cuatro casos diferentes considerando el módulo Peltier, considerando el módulo Peltier con el disipador de calor, por la presencia del módulo Peltier con la velocidad, por la presencia del módulo Peltier y el disipador de calor con la velocidad. Los resultados mostraron que el casco con módulo Peltier y disipador de calor en presencia de la velocidad proporciona más confort humano, ya que presenta más refrigeración, seguridad y ergonomía humana.

    Der Standardhelm wird durch Berücksichtigung des Peltier-Moduls und des Kühlkörpers modifiziert.     The purpose of this work is to evaluate the life cycle and torsional vibrational stress of a marine propeller shaft. In the existing propeller shaft, we have evaluated the theoretical values of diameter at four positions of the shaft namely, After shaft, Mid part, Forward part and Intermediate part undergoing iterations. The most appealing iteration is chosen based on the power and values given based on tank testing model results. Due to these reasons, we considered the outer shaft diameter to be 600mm.The shafting analysis was carried out taking various inputs of propeller power, diameter, diameter, mas, inertia, damping, and excitation. The analysis from the software gave various results related to vertical bearing loads, vertical displacements, vertical bending moment and vertical bending stress. In order to maintain good alignment values, the shafting, whirling, axial and torsional vibrational analysis is conducted in cold static condition for a closed flange propeller shaft.In order find various parameters, analysis was done in ANSYS.     The standard helmet is modified by considering the Peltier module and the heat sink. It is successfully designed in 3D-Solidworks to suit the needs of human comfort and taking human safety measurements into considerations. The static stress analysis is carried out on a modified helmet using Ansys interface. The experimental analysis is carried out for four different cases by considering Peltier module, by considering Peltier module with heat sink, by the presence of Peltier module with velocity, by the presence of Peltier module and heat sink with velocity. The results showed that the helmet with Peltier module and heat sink in the presence of velocity gives more human comfort as it exhibits more cooling, safety and human ergonomics.
