A spin off of the first poetry book, "Just The Beginning". The book expresses life's complications, joys and commitments. We all have parts of ourselves we love and hate, what is important is how we feel, react, and decide what we do next that determines the outcome.

Life takes us by suprise and quite frankly words are not enough to express the every day struggles we all go through. The book is about pushing through the challenges and fighting the demons head on. Most of the poems relate to mental health and others are just there as a break for the mind. Enjoy!
