Seit ihrer Gründung im Jahr 1889 gilt die Nationale Universität von Asunción als eine Bastion der universitären Bildung in Paraguay, und das 1996 von der Künstlerin und Pädagogin Olga Blinder gegründete Instituto Superior de Arte ist ein Teil davon. Im Jahr 2015 löste der Ausbruch des Protests #UnaNoTeCalles eine Spannung aus, die bis heute nachwirkt und zu der auch die kritischen Demonstrationen gehörten. In diesen Aktionen vermischen sich politische und soziale Positionen, mit denen sich das Institut - aufgrund mangelnden Willens oder bloßer Gleichgültigkeit - nicht befasst hat und gegen die eine kleine Anzahl von Studierenden und Lehrkräften protestiert hat, indem sie eine Sache verboten haben, die sie für gerecht hielten: die Reform und Innovation innerhalb des Instituts.

Since its foundation in 1889, the National University of Asunción has been considered a bastion of university education in Paraguay, and the Instituto Superior de Arte, founded in 1996 by the artist and educator Olga Blinder, is part of it. In 2015, the outbreak of the protest called #UnaNoTeCalles generated a tension that has had repercussions to this day, of which the critical demonstrations were part. In these actions, political and social positions are intermingled, of which the Institute - due to an absence of will or mere indifference - did not concern itself, and of which a small number of students and teachers have protested, bannering a cause that they believed to be just: reform and innovation within the Institute.

Dalla sua fondazione nel 1889, l'Università Nazionale di Asunción è considerata un baluardo dell'istruzione universitaria in Paraguay, e l'Instituto Superior de Arte, fondato nel 1996 dall'artista ed educatrice Olga Blinder, ne fa parte. Nel 2015, lo scoppio della protesta denominata #UnaNoTeCalles ha generato una tensione che ha avuto ripercussioni fino ad oggi, di cui facevano parte le manifestazioni critiche. In queste azioni si mescolano posizioni politiche e sociali, di cui l'Istituto - per assenza di volontà o semplice indifferenza - non si è preoccupato, e di cui un piccolo numero di studenti e docenti ha protestato, bandendo una causa che riteneva giusta: la riforma e l'innovazione all'interno dell'Istituto.

Dans ces actions se mêlent des positions politiques et sociales, dont l'Institut - par absence de volonté ou simple indifférence - ne s'est pas préoccupé, et dont un petit nombre d'étudiants et d'enseignants ont protesté, bannissant une cause qu'ils croyaient juste : la réforme et l'innovation au sein de l'Institut.

En el año 2015 el estallido de la protesta denominada #UnaNoTeCalles ha generado una crispación que repercute hasta la actualidad, de la cual las manifestaciones críticas fueron parte. En estas acciones se entremezclan posturas políticas y sociales, de las cuales el Instituto¿por una ausencia de voluntad o mera indiferenciä, no se ocupaba y de la cual un número reducido de estudiantes y profesores han protestado, embanderado una causa que creían justa: la reforma e innovación dentro de la misma.
