Authors Gail Thomas and her dear mama, Jean Castelow, had the vision for this sunset book after Mrs. Jean became very sick and was completely down for four days. When she awoke, her excitement was amazing as she told of how she appeared before Jesus in Heaven. He was surrounded with children and babies and told her He would come get her later, but this time, He needed her to come back and convince Gail to complete this sunset book to inspire his people who enjoy God's awesome sunsets. The authors included their soothing prayers and photographs of sunsets that were sent by God. Even though Gail's dear mama passed away on August 3, 2016, Gail knew her mama's heart was in the book. She decided to put her time and work into making her mama's wish become her legacy. It was her heart to have a sunset book for others to enjoy. Gail would like to give all the glory to God for giving her the title of the book, and having it published with the help of Christian Faith Publishing company. Gail Thomas and Jean Castelow, a daughter and her mama, completed this book using nature photographs taken at or near their home near beautiful Lake Seminole, near Donalsonville, Georgia. We dedicate this book to all storm victims in Seminole County, Ga. Also, our surrounding counties, Mexico Beach and Panama City, Florida.We hope you know that God sent his son, Jesus, to die for us and resurrected him to sit at his right side and take us to Heaven when we die if we will accept him as our Savior and give our lives to him. His Holy Spirit can guide us and help us each day on our earthly journey. People can see Jesus in our hearts on earth, and we can pray for healing and comfort anytime and receive his strength and power. Gail and her mama love Jesus, which is reflected in the poetry book. The Bible speaks of angels as messengers who are sent by God to help us at times in our lives. Our prayer is that you will be encouraged, healed, and inspired by this book, and always comforted, knowing God’s angels are with your every day. This book, Healing Prayers for Women in Jesus' Name, was written to let women know how much they are loved by God. After retiring from teaching young children, Gail and her mama, Ms. Jean spent over five years together worshiping God, reading the Bible and singing hymns together. Gail's dear mama became ill, and the doctors were not sure she would make it. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance, and they almost lost her. Four days later, she awoke in her hospital room smiling, and telling Gail that she had been with Jesus. Mrs. Jean was so excited, and Gail truly believed her. Gail's mama told her that she went to Heaven and talked to Jesus. He asked Ms. Jean if she would come back and help encourage her daughter to finish this women's book. She saw her loved ones, held her precious granddaughter she longed to hold, and agreed to come back, so that Gods will for them would be done!Even though Jean passed away on August 3, 2016, Gail promised her she would do what Jesus told her to do. Thanks to Faith Christian Publishing Company, mama's heart, this book will be shared with many women. Mrs. Gail is so humbled by this book and prays it will touch women's lives everywhere. It is also Ms. Jean's heart and legacy! May God bless this book for women! Gail adds, "I learned so much during this time with Mama. I learned to be humble, more patient, and to stop complaining. I also learned that God's timing is always the best, and he will never lead you to do something for Jesus, without equipping you to do his will. Gail Thomas, author of Healing Prayers in Jesus' Name for Children, along with her coauthor and her wonderful mother, Jean Castelow, wrote this book to glorify Jesus and to honor their Heavenly Father. This children's book, shows photographs of nature taken by Gail, taken where they lived together at Lake Seminole near Donalsonville, Georgia. Her mama helped her pair them with inspiring prayers, sent by the Holy Spirit in 2007. This mother-and-daughter team were together for four years, and Gail shares that her sweet mama became very sick and went to heaven. While there, Jesus asked her to help and encourage her daughter to publish this children's book first, since babies and children were so important to the kingdom of God. This book was Mrs. Jean's heart, and she sadly passed away on August 3, 2016. Gail is determined to have this dream come alive and was so happy to trust Faith Christian Publishing Company to make this happen to honor Jesus Christ. We pray it will touch anyone who reads them, especially children.
