Neste trabalho abordarei o desenvolvimento de tarefas nas esferas estatais, especificamente no Ministério da Economia-Arba e a atividade sindical aí desenvolvida, analisando as diferentes instâncias vividas e como estas influenciam a vida quotidiana dos trabalhadores, destacando as realizadas a partir da esfera sindical com vista à salvaguarda e proteção da saúde através de acções conjuntas. Pretende proporcionar uma visão crítica a partir da perspetiva do Serviço Social, tomando os contributos conceptuais adquiridos nestes anos na Faculdade e visualizando como estes contribuíram para a melhoria das relações já estabelecidas no âmbito laboral e para o trabalho de sensibilização dos trabalhadores para os seus direitos violados, articulando assim a atividade sindical e a intervenção pré-profissional. Em primeiro lugar, farei uma breve concetualização de como se tem configurado o mundo do trabalho, as diferentes formas de organização a nível mundial, as formas de organização dos trabalhadores, para depois aprofundar o que é o trabalho no Estado, as suas relações, as suas leis, a vida sindical e o efeito na saúde dos trabalhadores que nele trabalham.

In diesem Beitrag werde ich mich mit der Entwicklung der Aufgaben im staatlichen Bereich, insbesondere im Wirtschaftsministerium Arba, und der dort durchgeführten Gewerkschaftsarbeit befassen, wobei ich die verschiedenen erlebten Fälle und deren Einfluss auf das tägliche Leben der Arbeitnehmer analysiere und die von der Gewerkschaftsseite durchgeführten Maßnahmen zur Sicherung und zum Schutz der Gesundheit durch gemeinsame Aktionen hervorhebe. Ziel ist es, eine kritische Sichtweise aus der Perspektive der Sozialarbeit zu vermitteln, indem die in diesen Jahren innerhalb der Fakultät erworbenen konzeptionellen Beiträge aufgegriffen und veranschaulicht werden, wie diese zur Verbesserung der bereits im Arbeitsbereich etablierten Beziehungen und zur Sensibilisierung der Arbeitnehmer für ihre verletzten Rechte beigetragen haben, wodurch eine Verbindung zwischen gewerkschaftlicher Aktivität und vorberuflicher Intervention hergestellt wird. Zunächst werde ich einen kurzen Überblick über die Gestaltung der Arbeitswelt, die verschiedenen Organisationsformen auf weltweiter Ebene und die Formen der Arbeitnehmerorganisation geben, um dann näher auf die Arbeit im Staat, ihre Beziehungen, ihre Gesetze, das gewerkschaftliche Leben und die Auswirkungen auf die Gesundheit der Arbeitnehmer, die dort arbeiten, einzugehen.

In this paper I will approach the development of the tasks in the state spheres, precisely in the Ministry of Economy-Arba and the union activity carried out there, analyzing the different instances experienced and how these influence the daily life of the workers, highlighting those carried out from the union sphere aimed at safeguarding and protecting health by means of joint actions. It intends to provide a critical view from Social Work, taking the conceptual contributions acquired in these years within the Faculty and to visualize how these have contributed to the improvement of the relations already established in the labor field and to the work of raising workers' awareness of their violated rights, thus linking union activity and pre-professional intervention. First I will make a brief conceptualization of how the world of work has been shaped, the different forms of organization worldwide, the forms of workers' organization; to deepen what is the work in the State, its relations, its laws, union life and the impact on the health of workers who work there.

Dans cet article, je traiterai du développement des tâches dans les sphères de l'État, en particulier au ministère de l'Économie-Arba, et de l'activité syndicale qui y est menée, en analysant les différentes instances vécues et la manière dont elles influencent la vie quotidienne des travailleurs, en soulignant celles menées à partir de la sphère syndicale visant à sauvegarder et à protéger la santé par le biais d'actions conjointes. Il s'agit d'apporter une vision critique du point de vue du travail social, en reprenant les apports conceptuels acquis au cours de ces années au sein de la Faculté et en visualisant comment ils ont contribué à l'amélioration des relations déjà établies dans le monde du travail et au travail de sensibilisation des travailleurs à leurs droits bafoués, liant ainsi l'activité syndicale et l'intervention pré-professionnelle. Je commencerai par une brève conceptualisation de la formation du monde du travail, des différentes formes d'organisation au niveau mondial, des formes d'organisation des travailleurs, afin d'approfondir ce qu'est le travail dans l'État, ses relations, ses lois, la vie syndicale et l'effet sur la santé des travailleurs qui y travaillent.

In questo lavoro mi occuperò dello sviluppo dei compiti negli ambiti statali, nello specifico nel Ministero dell'Economia-Arba e dell'attività sindacale ivi svolta, analizzando le diverse istanze vissute e come queste influenzino la vita quotidiana dei lavoratori, evidenziando quelle svolte dall'ambito sindacale volte alla salvaguardia e alla tutela della salute attraverso azioni congiunte. L'obiettivo è quello di fornire una visione critica dal punto di vista del lavoro sociale, riprendendo i contributi concettuali acquisiti in questi anni all'interno della Facoltà e visualizzando come questi abbiano contribuito al miglioramento delle relazioni già instaurate in ambito lavorativo e all'opera di sensibilizzazione dei lavoratori sui loro diritti violati, collegando così l'attività sindacale all'intervento pre-professionale. Innanzitutto, fornirò una breve concettualizzazione di come si è configurato il mondo del lavoro, delle diverse forme di organizzazione a livello mondiale, delle forme di organizzazione dei lavoratori, per approfondire cosa sia il lavoro nello Stato, le sue relazioni, le sue leggi, la vita sindacale e gli effetti sulla salute dei lavoratori che vi operano.
