I saw clearly, how to improve a wide range of interpersonal skills.HappinessWhen I looked carefully within, I saw that behind my mask I am not my 'personality'. I saw clearly that my thoughts, emotions, habitual reactions, and actions are what I do, not what I am. What I am is awareness or consciousness and I was delighted to find this world view is supported by some leading scientists and non-scientific thinkers.
