Debido a mi propia experiencia como alcohólico, ahora abstemio, me adentré en el duro camino del autoconocimiento y la automotivación con el objetivo de salir de la dependencia y el abuso desustancias y de buscar la felicidad y la libertad.Aquí te describo mis principios vitales y los hábitos que me han llevado a través de la curación hasta la sobriedad en la que vivo desde hace casi 20 años. Mi intención cuando comencé a escribir era demostrar que la fuerza mental con una intensa actitud positiva hasta vencer, son capaces de llavarte por el camino de los vencedores. Además, este libro fue escrito con el propósito de ayudar a su vez a los terapeutas de los grupos de apoyo para alcohólicos.
