O Projecto de Desenvolvimento Agrícola Integrado (PDAI) é diferente do CRDA em termos da sua abordagem metodológica, que se baseia na informação, comunicação, diagnóstico concertado, e no envolvimento da população alvo, informalmente organizada em 54 conselhos de desenvolvimento nos 54 Imadats (CDI(s)), que constituem a área de intervenção do projecto. The Integrated Agricultural Development Project (PDAI) is different from the CRDA in terms of its methodological approach, which is based on information, communication, concerted diagnosis, and the involvement of the target population, informally organized in 54 development councils in the 54 Imadats (CDI(s)), making up the project's intervention area. The project also helped the inhabitants to prepare 54 participatory development plans (PDP), whose actions were technically and socio-economically validated by the engineers of the CRDA and other agricultural and rural development partners, including the 54 Imadats composing the intervention area of the second phase of the integrated agricultural development project (PDAI.), where a series of problems that also hinder agricultural and rural development were identified. The PDAI has not provided the CRDA with a development model capable of resolving the main problems hindering the performance of the agricultural sector, such as the rational management of natural resources, private investment, indebtedness, and the integration of youth.

Il Progetto Integrato di Sviluppo Agricolo (PDAI) si differenzia dal CRDA per il suo approccio metodologico, basato sull'informazione, la comunicazione, la diagnosi concertata e il coinvolgimento della popolazione target, organizzata informalmente in 54 consigli di sviluppo nei 54 Imadat (CDI) che costituiscono l'area di intervento del progetto. Il progetto ha inoltre aiutato gli abitanti a preparare 54 piani di sviluppo partecipativo (PDP), le cui azioni sono state convalidate dal punto di vista tecnico e socio-economico dai tecnici della CRDA e da altri partner dello sviluppo agricolo e rurale, compresi i 54 Imadat che compongono l'area di intervento della seconda fase del progetto di sviluppo agricolo integrato (PDAI), dove sono stati identificati una serie di problemi che ostacolavano lo sviluppo agricolo e rurale.
