Cette étude visait à identifier le niveau de gestion instinctive dans les écoles privées koweïtiennes en fonction de certaines variables, du point de vue des enseignants spécialisés qui y travaillent. La population étudiée était composée de 410 enseignants choisis de manière aléatoire en grappes et a suivi la méthode d'enquête descriptive. Afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, un questionnaire a été élaboré et sa validité et sa fiabilité ont été confirmées. Les résultats ont montré que le niveau de gestion instinctive dans les écoles d'éducation spécialisée, du point de vue des éducateurs spécialisés qui y travaillent, était moyen. Ils ont également montré qu'il existait des différences statistiquement significatives au niveau de signification (¿¿ 0,05) selon la variable du sexe en faveur de la catégorie féminine ; cependant, il n'y avait pas de différences statistiquement significatives selon la variable de la qualification éducative, et il n'y avait pas de différences statistiquement significatives selon la variable du nombre d'années d'expérience.

Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar o nível de gestão instintiva nas escolas privadas do Kuwait em função de algumas variáveis, do ponto de vista dos professores de educação especial que aí trabalham. A população do estudo era constituída por (410) professores escolhidos de forma aleatória e seguiu o método de inquérito descritivo. A fim de atingir os objectivos do estudo, foi elaborado um questionário, cuja validade e fiabilidade foram confirmadas. Os resultados mostraram que o nível de gestão instintiva nas escolas de ensino especial, do ponto de vista dos professores de ensino especial que aí trabalham, era médio. Mostraram também que existiam diferenças estatisticamente significativas ao nível de significância (¿¿ 0,05) de acordo com a variável género a favor da categoria feminina; no entanto, não existiam diferenças estatisticamente significativas de acordo com a variável habilitações literárias e não existiam diferenças estatisticamente significativas de acordo com a variável anos de experiência.

Este estudio tenía como objetivo identificar el nivel de gestión instintiva en las escuelas privadas kuwaitíes debido a algunas variables desde el punto de vista de los profesores de educación especial que trabajan en ellas. La población del estudio estaba formada por (410) profesores elegidos de forma aleatoria por conglomerados, y siguió el método de encuesta descriptiva. Para alcanzar los objetivos del estudio, se elaboró un cuestionario y se confirmó su validez y fiabilidad. Los resultados mostraron que el nivel de gestión instintiva en las escuelas de educación especial desde el punto de vista de los profesores de educación especial que trabajan en ellas era medio. También mostraron que había diferencias estadísticamente significativas al nivel de significación (¿¿ 0,05) según la variable de género a favor de la categoría femenina; sin embargo, no había diferencias estadísticamente significativas según la variable de cualificación educativa, y no había diferencias estadísticamente significativas según la variable de años de experiencia.

Questo studio mirava a identificare il livello di gestione istintiva nelle scuole private del Kuwait in base ad alcune variabili dal punto di vista degli insegnanti di educazione speciale che vi lavorano. La popolazione dello studio era composta da (410) insegnanti scelti in modo casuale e ha seguito il metodo dell'indagine descrittiva. Per raggiungere gli obiettivi dello studio, è stato sviluppato un questionario, la cui validità e affidabilità sono state confermate. I risultati hanno mostrato che il livello di gestione istintiva nelle scuole di educazione speciale dal punto di vista degli insegnanti di educazione speciale che vi lavorano è medio. Inoltre, hanno mostrato che ci sono differenze statisticamente significative al livello di significatività (¿¿ 0,05) in base alla variabile del genere a favore della categoria femminile; tuttavia, non ci sono differenze statisticamente significative in base alla variabile del titolo di studio e non ci sono differenze statisticamente significative in base alla variabile degli anni di esperienza.

Ziel dieser Studie war es, das instinktive Managementniveau in kuwaitischen Privatschulen anhand einiger Variablen aus der Sicht der dort tätigen Sonderschullehrer zu ermitteln. Die Studienpopulation bestand aus (410) Lehrern, die nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgewählt wurden, und es wurde die Methode der deskriptiven Umfrage angewandt. Um die Ziele der Studie zu erreichen, wurde ein Fragebogen entwickelt, dessen Gültigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit bestätigt wurden. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass das Niveau des instinktiven Managements in Sonderschulen aus der Sicht der dort tätigen Sonderschullehrer durchschnittlich war. Sie zeigten auch, dass es statistisch signifikante Unterschiede auf dem Signifikanzniveau (¿¿ 0,05) nach der Variable des Geschlechts zugunsten der weiblichen Kategorie gab; es gab jedoch keine statistisch signifikanten Unterschiede nach der Variable der Bildungsqualifikation, und es gab keine statistisch signifikanten Unterschiede nach der Variable der Jahre der Erfahrung.

This study aimed to identify the instinctive management level in Kuwaiti private schools due to some variables from the point of view of special education teachers working there. The study population consisted of (410) teachers who were chosen in a cluster-random manner, and it followed the descriptive survey method. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The results showed that the level of instinctive management in special education schools from the point of view of special education teachers working there was average. They also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (¿¿ 0.05) according to the variable of gender in favor of the female category; however, there were no statistically significant differences according to the variable of educational qualification, and there were no statistically significant differences according to the variable of years of experience.

The current study aimed to reveal the level of social intelligence among schoolprincipals in Bani Kinana District in Jordan, and its relationship to the level of theirprofessional competencies. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method,where the study sample consisted of (98) individuals. To achieve the objectives ofthe study a "questionnaire" was prepared and used to collect its data after verifyingits validity and reliability, and using the SPSS program to analyze its data.
