Schließlich findet sich im letzten Teil eine kurze Darstellung der internationalen und einiger nationaler öffentlicher Politiken im Bereich des Tourismus.

En este libro, en relación con las "organizaciones internacionales, convenios y políticas públicas en el ámbito del turismo", tratamos de analizar los principales organismos internacionales de trabajo que apoyan el intercambio de información y la cooperación entre Estados para desarrollar el fenómeno turístico. Además, los convenios y acuerdos internacionales aplicables en el sector turístico también son objeto de este libro. Finalmente, se encuentra en su última parte una breve exposición de las políticas públicas internacionales y algunas nacionales en el ámbito del turismo.

Neste livro, no que diz respeito às "organizações internacionais, convenções e políticas públicas no domínio do turismo", procuramos analisar os principais organismos internacionais de trabalho que apoiam a troca de informações e a cooperação entre Estados com vista ao desenvolvimento do fenómeno turístico. Além disso, as convenções e acordos internacionais aplicáveis ao sector do turismo são também objecto deste livro. Por fim, na última parte, é feita uma breve exposição das políticas públicas internacionais e de alguns países no domínio do turismo.

Enfin, la dernière partie de l'ouvrage présente brièvement les politiques publiques internationales et nationales dans le domaine du tourisme.

In questo libro, per quanto riguarda le "organizzazioni internazionali, le convenzioni e le politiche pubbliche nel campo del turismo", si cerca di analizzare i principali organismi internazionali che supportano lo scambio di informazioni e la cooperazione tra gli Stati al fine di sviluppare il fenomeno turistico. Inoltre, sono oggetto del libro anche le convenzioni e gli accordi internazionali applicabili all'industria del turismo. Infine, nell'ultima parte si trova una breve esposizione delle politiche pubbliche internazionali e nazionali nel campo del turismo.

The concept of ¿European posting of workers¿ mainly covers the situation where a company located in one EU country posted an employee to work in another country, when it has to provide a service in that state. Such a situation is circumscribed to the principle of free movement of persons and services, which is one of the foundations of the European Union. In the context of the Iron Curtain fall, a shift of workers from East to West was predictable, including through the posting mechanism. This kind of evolution has also been faced by the EU in previous enlargements. In the last decade, this posting of workers was considered by West European countries as ¿social dumping¿. But is this ¿social dumping¿ real? Does the current ability of companies from lower-wage and lower living standards countries to post their workers in richer European countries even causes to the last ones a social dumping effect for their national economies? Or, on the contrary, social dumping is just a pretext, behind which is hidden their desire to ensure economic protectionism for their own country, which also implies a blocking of the access of workers of other states to their labor market?

In this book, regarding the "international organizations, conventions and public policies in the field of tourism", we try to analize main international working bodies which support the exchange of information and cooperation between states in order to develop the tourism phenomenon. Moreover, international conventions and agreements applicable in the tourism industry are also the subject of this book. Finally, it is found in its last part a short exposure of the international and some nationals public policies in the field of tourism.
