Tato publikace se zabývá kritickým hodnocením soüasné, na území ¿eské republiky platné a ú¿inné právní úpravy sankcionování mladistvých. Vychází nejprve z historického exkurzu, ve kterém ¿erpá p¿edev¿ím ze zákona ¿. 48/1931 Sb. a popisuje postup vy¿len¿ní této oblasti právní úpravy z obecné úpravy trestního práva, zejména do zákona ¿. 218/2003 Sb. Práce se zabývá d¿vody p¿ijetí obou vý¿e uvedených p¿edpis¿ a úmysly zákonodárce, které p¿ijetí t¿chto p¿edpis¿ p¿edcházely. Velmi pozitivn¿ hodnotí restorativní justici, její¿ pozice je v trestn¿právním sankcionování mladistvých pachatel¿ klí¿ová, kritizuje zejména absenci funk¿ní p¿íslünosti, ¿patné rozd¿lení specializovaných soudc¿ pro mláde¿, stejn¿ tak jako chyb¿jící právní úpravu kategorie mladých dosp¿lých. Inspirací této práce je zejména n¿mecká právní úprava.

This monograph presents the state of the art of convexity, with an emphasis to integral representation. The exposition is focused on Choquet's theory of function spaces with a link to compact convex sets. An important feature of the book is an interplay between various mathematical subjects, such as functional analysis, measure theory, descriptive set theory, Banach spaces theory and potential theory. A substantial part of the material is of fairly recent origin and many results appear in the book form for the first time. The text is self-contained and covers a wide range of applications.
