In the present work of investigation it will be found the diagnosis and identification on the pathological processes that are manifested in the perimeter wall of the Institution of Superior Education ITFIP. The different pathologies that occur along the fence, linked to natural processes, the construction process and a deficient maintenance process, without taking into account that these actions affect the work, and lead to the physical deterioration of the fence and could cause regrettable damage. Therefore, when characterizing the structure, immediate prevention and correction solutions can be implemented. The document will explain the pathologies that were detected in the perimeter wall, and will explain the diagnosis regarding the severity of each pathology identified.

Dans le présent travail d'investigation on trouvera le diagnostic et l'identification sur les processus pathologiques qui se manifestent dans le mur d'enceinte de l'Institution d'Enseignement Supérieur ITFIP. Les différentes pathologies qui se produisent le long de la clôture, liées aux processus naturels, au processus de construction et à un processus de maintenance déficient, sans tenir compte du fait que ces actions affectent le travail, et entraînent la détérioration physique de la clôture et pourraient causer des dommages regrettables. Par conséquent, lors de la caractérisation de la structure, des solutions de prévention et de correction immédiates peuvent être mises en ¿uvre. Le document expliquera les pathologies qui ont été détectées dans le mur d'enceinte, et expliquera le diagnostic concernant la gravité de chaque pathologie identifiée.

No presente trabalho de investigação será encontrado o diagnóstico e identificação sobre os processos patológicos que se manifestam na parede perimetral da Instituição de Ensino Superior ITFIP. As diferentes patologias que ocorrem ao longo da cerca, ligadas a processos naturais, ao processo de construção e a um processo de manutenção deficiente, sem ter em conta que estas acções afectam a obra e levam à deterioração física da cerca e podem causar danos lamentáveis. Portanto, ao caracterizar a estrutura, podem ser implementadas soluções imediatas de prevenção e correção. O documento explicará as patologias que foram detectadas na parede do perímetro e explicará o diagnóstico relativo à gravidade de cada patologia identificada.

W obecnych pracach badawczych znajdziemy diagnostyk¿ i identyfikacj¿ procesów patologicznych, które przejawiaj¿ si¿ w ¿cianie obwodowej Instytutu Szkolnictwa Wy¿szego ITFIP. Ró¿ne patologie wyst¿puj¿ce wzd¿u¿ ogrodzenia, zwi¿zane z procesami naturalnymi, procesem budowlanym i wadliwym procesem konserwacji, nie bior¿c pod uwag¿, ¿e dziäania te maj¿ wp¿yw na prace i prowadz¿ do fizycznego pogorszenia si¿ stanu ogrodzenia i mog¿ spowodowä godne po¿äowania uszkodzenia. Dlatego te¿ przy charakteryzowaniu struktury mo¿na zastosowä natychmiastowe rozwi¿zania zapobiegawcze i korekcyjne. Dokument ten wyjäni patologie, które zostäy wykryte w ¿cianie obwodowej, oraz wyjäni diagnoz¿ dotycz¿c¿ stopnia zaawansowania kädej ze zidentyfikowanych patologii.

In het huidige onderzoekswerk zal de diagnose en identificatie worden gevonden op de pathologische processen die zich manifesteren in de perimetermuur van het Instituut voor Superieur Onderwijs ITFIP. De verschillende pathologieën die zich voordoen langs de omheining, gekoppeld aan natuurlijke processen, het bouwproces en een gebrekkig onderhoudsproces, zonder rekening te houden met het feit dat deze acties het werk beïnvloeden, en leiden tot de fysieke achteruitgang van de omheining en kunnen leiden tot betreurenswaardige schade. Daarom kunnen bij het karakteriseren van de structuur, onmiddellijke preventie- en correctieoplossingen worden geïmplementeerd. Het document zal de pathologieën die werden gedetecteerd in de perimetermuur uitleggen en zal de diagnose van de ernst van elke geïdentificeerde pathologie uitleggen.

Nel presente lavoro di indagine si troverà la diagnosi e l'identificazione dei processi patologici che si manifestano nella parete perimetrale dell'Istituto di Istruzione Superiore ITFIP. Le diverse patologie che si verificano lungo la recinzione, legate a processi naturali, al processo di costruzione e ad un processo di manutenzione carente, senza tener conto che queste azioni influenzano il lavoro, e portano al deterioramento fisico della recinzione e potrebbero causare danni deplorevoli. Pertanto, nella caratterizzazione della struttura, si possono implementare soluzioni di prevenzione e correzione immediate. Il documento spiegherà le patologie che sono state rilevate nella parete perimetrale, e spiegherà la diagnosi relativa alla gravità di ogni patologia individuata.

In der vorliegenden Arbeit der Untersuchung wird es die Diagnose und Identifizierung auf die pathologischen Prozesse, die in der Perimeterwand der Institution der Höheren Bildung ITFIP manifestiert werden, gefunden werden. Die verschiedenen Pathologien, die entlang des Zauns auftreten, die mit natürlichen Prozessen, dem Bauprozess und einem mangelhaften Wartungsprozess zusammenhängen, ohne zu berücksichtigen, dass diese Handlungen die Arbeit beeinträchtigen und zu einer physischen Verschlechterung des Zauns führen und bedauerliche Schäden verursachen können. Daher können bei der Charakterisierung der Struktur sofort Lösungen zur Vorbeugung und Korrektur umgesetzt werden.
