Consideramos que o Estado Marroquino deve agir sobre o organismo responsável pela luta contra a resistência fiscal, este organismo é apenas a administração fiscal, esta acção deve permitir uma reorganização mais eficaz, um reforço a nível humano que seja em quantidade ou qualidade, mas também a nível material, especialmente no que diz respeito directamente ou de longe a este flagelo que realmente afecta e fragiliza o plano de desenvolvimento económico e social. Finalmente, a dificuldade em estudar este fenómeno é a falta de informação.

Riteniamo che lo Stato marocchino debba agire sull'organo responsabile della lotta contro la resistenza fiscale, che è solo l'amministrazione fiscale, questa azione dovrebbe consentire una riorganizzazione più efficace, un rafforzamento a livello umano che sia in quantità o qualità, ma anche a livello materiale soprattutto per ciò che riguarda direttamente o di gran lunga questa piaga che colpisce realmente e dà una debolezza al piano di sviluppo economico e sociale. Infine, la difficoltà nello studiare questo fenomeno è la mancanza di informazioni.

Creemos que el Estado marroquí debería actuar sobre el organismo encargado de luchar contra la resistencia fiscal, este organismo no es más que la administración fiscal, esta acción debería permitir una reorganización más eficaz, un refuerzo a nivel humano que sea en cantidad o calidad, pero también a nivel material sobre todo lo que concierne directamente o con mucho a esta plaga que afecta realmente y da una debilidad sobre el plan de desarrollo económico y social. Por último, la dificultad para estudiar este fenómeno es la falta de información.

Wir sind der Meinung, dass der marokkanische Staat auf das Organ einwirken sollte, das mit der Bekämpfung des Steuerwiderstands beauftragt ist. Dieses Organ ist die Steuerverwaltung. Diese Maßnahme sollte eine effizientere Reorganisation ermöglichen, eine Verstärkung des Personals, sei es quantitativ oder qualitativ, aber auch materiell, vor allem was direkt oder indirekt mit diesem Übel zu tun hat, das die wirtschaftliche und soziale Entwicklung wirklich beeinträchtigt und schwächt. Die Schwierigkeit bei der Erforschung dieses Phänomens ist das Fehlen von Informationen.

We believe that the Moroccan State should act on the body responsible for fighting against tax resistance, this body is only the tax administration, this action should allow a more effective reorganization, a strengthening on the human level that it is in quantity or quality, but also on the material level especially what directly concerns this scourge that really affects and gives a weakness on the economic and social development plan.
