L'étude vise à déterminer la relation entre l'innovation technologique et les stratégies de gestion dans les entreprises commerciales de la municipalité de Cabimas. Elle est structurée selon les chapitres suivants : Chapitre I, la problématique, qui décrit le problème lié à l'innovation technologique et aux stratégies de gestion dans les entreprises du secteur de la quincaillerie, et présente les objectifs, la justification et la délimitation de l'étude. Chapitre II, cadre théorique, décrivant le contexte de la recherche, les bases théoriques, ainsi que le système de variables. Chapitre III, cadre méthodologique, qui décrit le type et la conception de la recherche, la population, la technique et l'instrument de collecte, la validité, la fiabilité, le traitement statistique des données, ainsi que la procédure à suivre.

Die Studie zielt darauf ab, die Beziehung zwischen technologischer Innovation und Management-Strategien in kommerziellen Unternehmen in der Gemeinde Cabimas, die in den folgenden Kapiteln strukturiert ist zu bestimmen: Kapitel I, das Problem, wo eine Beschreibung des Problems im Zusammenhang mit der technologischen Innovation und Management-Strategien in Unternehmen in der Hardware-Sektor gemacht wird, sowie die Präsentation der Ziele, Rechtfertigung und Abgrenzung der Studie. Kapitel II, Theoretischer Rahmen, in dem der Hintergrund der Untersuchung, die theoretischen Grundlagen sowie das System der Variablen beschrieben werden. Kapitel III, methodischer Rahmen, der die Art und den Aufbau der Untersuchung, die Grundgesamtheit, die Erhebungsmethode und das Erhebungsinstrument, die Gültigkeit, die Zuverlässigkeit, die statistische Verarbeitung der Daten sowie das zu befolgende Verfahren beschreibt.

The study aims to determine the relationship between technological innovation and management strategies in commercial companies in the municipality of Cabimas, which is structured in the following chapters: Chapter I, the problem, where a description of the problem linked to technological innovation and management strategies in companies in the hardware sector is made, as well as presenting the objectives, justification and delimitation of the study. Chapter II, theoretical framework, describing the background of the research, theoretical bases, as well as the system of variables. Chapter III, methodological framework, which describes the type and design of the research, population, collection technique and instrument, validity, reliability, statistical processing of the data, as well as the procedure to be followed.

Lo studio si propone di determinare la relazione tra innovazione tecnologica e strategie di gestione nelle aziende commerciali del comune di Cabimas, ed è strutturato nei seguenti capitoli: Capitolo I, il problema, in cui si descrive il problema legato all'innovazione tecnologica e alle strategie di gestione nelle aziende del settore della ferramenta, oltre a presentare gli obiettivi, la giustificazione e la delimitazione dello studio. Capitolo II, quadro teorico, che descrive il contesto della ricerca, le basi teoriche e il sistema di variabili. Capitolo III, quadro metodologico, che descrive il tipo e il disegno della ricerca, la popolazione, la tecnica e lo strumento di raccolta, la validità, l'affidabilità, l'elaborazione statistica dei dati, nonché la procedura da seguire.
