La luxation de la hanche chez les patients atteints de paralysie cérébrale infantile est variable et dépend de la gravité de la maladie, l'incidence augmentant en fonction du degré d'atteinte neurologique, et les troubles de la hanche ont un large spectre, allant des troubles de la marche aux luxations douloureuses. Selon l'incidence globale, entre 2 et 75% des patients atteints d'HIC présentent une luxation ou une subluxation de la hanche. Les statistiques sur la luxation de la hanche chez les patients atteints d'HIC sont rares dans notre pays, l'Équateur, avec une incidence à l'âge de 5 ans lorsqu'ils ont le schéma de marche, dans la région côtière et comme référence la ville de Guayaquil est présentée dans un plus petit nombre de cas. De acordo com a incidência global, entre 2 e 75% dos doentes com HIC apresentam luxação ou subluxação da anca. As estatísticas sobre a luxação da anca em doentes com HIC são escassas no nosso país, o Equador, com incidência aos 5 anos de idade quando apresentam o padrão de marcha, na região costeira e como referência a cidade de Guayaquil apresenta um menor número de casos. Em nosso estudo, podemos ver que a incidência é respeitada, de acordo com o sexo, há uma alta incidência com uma porcentagem de 56% no sexo feminino, enquanto o sexo masculino tem uma porcentagem de 44% de incidência. Nach der globalen Inzidenz weisen zwischen 2 und 75 % der Patienten mit ICH eine Hüftluxation oder -subluxation auf. In unserem Land, Ecuador, gibt es kaum Statistiken über Hüftluxationen bei Patienten mit ICH, wobei die Inzidenz im Alter von 5 Jahren, wenn sie das Gangbild haben, in der Küstenregion und als Referenz die Stadt Guayaquil in einer geringeren Anzahl von Fällen präsentiert wird. Secondo l'incidenza globale, tra il 2 e il 75% dei pazienti con ICH presenta dislocazione o sublussazione dell'anca. Le statistiche sulla dislocazione dell'anca nei pazienti con ICH sono scarse nel nostro Paese, l'Ecuador, con un'incidenza a 5 anni di età quando hanno il modello di deambulazione, nella regione costiera e come riferimento la città di Guayaquil è presentata in un numero minore di casi.
