Privacy and anti-discrimination issues are highlighted. The first part examines the extent to which insights into the personality and emotions of applicants are possible and automated decisions are legally permissible in the recruitment process within the scope of the GDPR. The second part addresses potential discrimination by AI systems and analyzes the coverage of such cases by the GETA.
