Cairo's birthmark has always looked like the number three. One night, he gets hit-and-run by a car. Miraculously, he survives and wakes up as he receives a phone call from his best friend Lyra. He then notices something strange - his birthmark changed shape! Into the number two! The Covid-19 pandemic soon breaks out in Metro Manila. During this time, Cairo develops feelings for Lyra.
