This journal is a tool for engagement of imagination. The words that we place after "what if" can make or break our mood. We are used to 'what ifs' that keep us out of trouble, like "What if the sky falls?" While we worry about things that can and will fail in life, this journal asks us to also exercise our dream skills. Without our positive 'what ifs,' we only create in survival mode. With our positive 'what ifs' polished and practiced often, we keep up with our goals. When we hear the words what if, we will have a sparkle in our eye about what comes next. Having a sparkle instead of a clench for something yucky is not a small thing when added up in a lifetime.
