Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass das Wohlbefinden in der Schule Auswirkungen darauf hat, dass Schüler adäquate Leistungen bringen, gut zusammenarbeiten und sich besser integrieren. Auch das Klassenklima ist von besonderer Bedeutung an Schulen, da ein annehmbares Schulklima vor allem durch ein positives Klassenklima entsteht. In der Klassengemeinschaft erleben die Schüler deutlich die psychologischen Grundbedürfnisse wie ein Solidaritätsgefühl, Emanzipation, Fähigkeiten & Fertigkeiten und Sicherheit. Es ist von hoher Bedeutung, dass es innerhalb der Klassengemeinschaft gemeinsame Zielsetzungen und Konfliktbearbeitung gibt (Schneider, 2005, S.38). Im Rahmen der Seminararbeit mit dem Thema ¿Zum Zusammenwirken von Wohlfühlen in der Schule und Klassenklimä soll eine Zusammenhangsanalyse der beiden Konstrukte erfolgen. Die Hypothese die in dieser Arbeit erforscht und analysiert werden soll lautet: Es herrscht ein positiver Zusammenhang zwischen Wohlfühlen in der Schule zum Klassenklima. Je höher das Wohlbefinden in der Schule, desto besser wird das Klassenklima bewertet. Als Grundlage dieser Untersuchung dient die ULME III Studie, speziell die enthaltenen Items s001 ¿ s005, die das Konstrukt des Wohlfühlens in der Schule aufgreifen, sowie die Items s015, s018, s022 und s023, die das Klassenklima beschreiben.

The process of globalisation influenced a lot of people and areas around the world. One area is higher education and especially the institutions of higher education. Researching the impacts of globalisation on education is an ongoing process in the field of international higher education. Globalisation is a challenge for universities and other institutions around the world that is growing and growing. It does not only bring positive aspects and opportunities to the field of higher education, it also carries a lot of concerns within higher education institutions.
