Feel, Heal, and Enjoy is a collection of poetry that takes you on an emotional journey through experiencing platonic and romantic love, self-love, sadness, family, mental health issues, colorism, racism, women empowerment, and black empowerment. It's a reflection of how I see the world as well as how I see myself. When I would sit down to write a poem it was never with the intention of it leading to a book, but the emotions, messages, and stories have helped me find a way to connect with the world. I hope when you read this book, you too can find a connection, inspiration, encouragement, understanding, and healing. I hope we all have a chance to feel, heal, and enjoy all that life has to offer.
