My book encompasses the following papers: 1. Antitrust and the Approach to Innovations 2. To Think Like an Economist ¿ A Challenge for Antitrust Lawyers 3. Illiterate Psychiatric Diagnoses and Their Implications for the Justice System 4. How to Study English at an Advanced Level Immediately after You Have Studied Only the Basics Thereof? A Note for Publishers and Students Alike 5. Guidelines on the Development of a New Scientific Language. The first two papers on antitrust deal with the issues that the international legal doctrine does not recognize or does it generally superficially ¿ sometimes despite certain stronger or weaker appearances to the contrary. Moreover, the paper related to mental health law is really a must reading ¿ not only for lawyers, but also for general readers. I think that it is very interesting and very important! Besides, the paper that advises how to study English (and other foreign languages!) will enormously save you time if you realize how to study very fast and efficiently. Finally, the guidelines on the development of a new scientific language are very interesting for general readers who want to enjoy the aesthetics of the language they speak.

My book encompasses the following essays: (1) Welfare State ¿ Politics, Economics, and Social Justice (2) Health Care in Dire Straits ¿ the Warfare of Welfare (3) Advertising and Consumer Submissiveness (4) A Legal Commentary on the ¿Economics of Unilateral Effects¿ by Marc Ivaldi, Bruno Jullien, Patrick Rey, Paul Seabright & Jean Tirole. I have prepared these essays in order to illuminate the issue of how and under what circumstances social welfare can be enhanced in a significant manner.

My book consists of five papers: (1) Russian Empress Catherine II, Polish Governor Aleksander Wielopolski, and Prussian Chancellor Otto von Bismarck ¿ What Do They Have in Common? Image and Policies. (2) European and American Political Architects: prince Klemens Wenzel von Metternich, lord Castlereagh, Benjamin Franklin ¿ What Did They Expect? (3) Peter the Great, Frederick the Great of Prussia, and Charles-Maurice de Talleyrand ¿ What Were They Like? (4) Decembrist Revolt (1825), the Marshall Plan (1947-1951), and Feminism ¿ Programs that Were Less than They Could Have Been (5) Diocletian, Hadrian, and Octavian Augustus ¿ Disenchanting Roman Emperors.

The purpose of my book is to give an insight into economies of scale and economies of scope ¿ two of the basic types of efficiency gains. There are no legal nor economic papers presenting the basic economics underlying these fundamental types of efficiency gains in a way that is accessible to lawyers and the general public. The main value of my book is to contribute to the legal conceptualization of economies of scale and economies of scope: it provides guidance on the nature and applications thereof for the purpose of legal doctrine and court work on antitrust cases.

I am presenting my poetry in French and Polish to the appropriate audience: reasonable, critical, courageous, and rebellious. If you are not a great fan of stupidity ¿ not only in theory but also in practice, and you want to feel some fresh air in your thinking, authentic support, and a kind of healthy isolation from the dominant insane world, my poetry is perfect for you. It is surely not appropriate for hypocritical saints, pseudo-intellectual egoists, and "serious persons" who revel in self-manufactured stupidity without any limits of self-degradation.
