This experience includes both the good and the bad, as well as direct contact with electors, over the span of his employment history. This includes determining "spoilt" ballot papers, counting, statistical returns for votes cast, and percentage of "non-voters". It also includes monitoring compliance with the Councillors Code of Conduct both during elections and afterwards.
