    In this new era, noise pollution is very high. The one reason for this noise pollution is noise or sound which is generated by the exhaust system of the motorbike. So, it is necessary to reduce the noise from the motorbike's exhaust. In this, reverse engineering of the original silencer are done and analyzed, then three modification model of the silencer are prepared and analyzed, and as per the results, one modified silencer is selected forward for manufacturing. After the fabrication of the silencer, two tests are conducted. First, the test is conducted with the original silencer and then with the modified silencer. From that data, the transmission loss of original and modified silencers is calculated and compared it. From that, it is found that noise is reduced up to 5 DB, and it is less than 100. Also, the flow velocity of exhaust gas in the original silencer and modified silencer are measured. In that, it is concluded that the flow of modified is increased by 11% to the original silencer, and the PUC of the modified silencer is checked, and it is limited as per the PUC norms.

Ciò consente alle singole parti della linea di produzione di comunicare tra loro, facilitando il controllo e il monitoraggio dell'intero processo produttivo in tempo reale. I sistemi completamente automatizzati non solo fanno risparmiare tempo, ma migliorano anche l'efficienza. In situazioni senza precedenti, come le pandemie, il sistema aiuta a ridurre al minimo il contatto umano. Se il processo è insufficiente o inadeguato, è possibile utilizzare l'interruttore di ripristino manuale per ripetere il processo senza far avanzare i pezzi sulla linea di produzione. È inoltre possibile utilizzare l'app Blynk per registrare tutto ciò che accade al sistema informatico attraverso il cloud.

    Aluminum (Al) Graphite (Gr) composite is made with powder formed Graphite with different compositions of Gr (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%). Wire EDM process is carried out on it & different performance parameters such as surface roughness, material removal rate and the kerf width have been evaluated using response surface method (RSM).e Method. Non-destructive testing of different compositions is carried out to check their microstructures and the most effective composition for this composite is determined. Wire Electrical-discharge wire cutting is basically a variation of an EDM process in which a slowly moving wire travels along a prescribed path, cutting the workpiece, by discharge sparks which occurs in a small gap between wire & workpiece and removes unwanted material from parent metal by melting & vaporization. WEDM process is carried out on the different compositions of AlGr plates. During EDM different combinations of parameters of machining such as Toff, Ton, current, Wire feed rate are applied to these combinations. After EDM the experimental values of Ra, MRR and Kerf are determined. The mathematical model has constructed using Minitab software.
