The present book has as focus to implant the 5S quality tool in a small company of the textile sector, and to propose the possible improvements of the program in relation to the productivity and to prepare the company for the implantation of a quality management. It was implanted three of the five senses, utilization, ordination and cleanness. After the implantation of the program it was obtained notorious and significant results in the environment, in relation to the organization, with a better use of the time, reduction of rework, and a considerable increase of productivity.

Le présent ouvrage a pour objectif d'implanter l'outil de qualité 5S dans une petite entreprise du secteur textile, de proposer les améliorations possibles du programme par rapport à la productivité et de préparer l'entreprise à l'implantation d'une gestion de la qualité. Trois des cinq sens ont été implantés : l'utilisation, l'ordination et la propreté. Après l'implantation du programme, des résultats notoires et significatifs ont été obtenus dans l'environnement, par rapport à l'organisation, avec une meilleure utilisation du temps, une réduction des reprises et une augmentation considérable de la productivité.

El presente libro tiene como foco implantar la herramienta de calidad 5S en una pequeña empresa del sector textil, y proponer las posibles mejoras del programa en relación a la productividad y preparar la empresa para la implantación de una gestión de calidad. Fue implantado tres de los cinco sentidos, utilización, ordenación y limpieza. Después de la implantación del programa se obtuvieron resultados notorios y significativos en el entorno, en relación a la organización, con un mejor aprovechamiento del tiempo, reducción de retrabajos, y un considerable aumento de productividad.

Il presente libro si propone di impiantare lo strumento di qualità 5S in una piccola azienda del settore tessile e di proporre i possibili miglioramenti del programma in relazione alla produttività e di preparare l'azienda all'impianto di una gestione della qualità. Sono stati impiantati tre dei cinque sensi, l'utilizzo, l'ordine e la pulizia. Dopo l'implementazione del programma si sono ottenuti risultati noti e significativi nell'ambiente, in relazione all'organizzazione, con un migliore utilizzo del tempo, una riduzione delle rilavorazioni e un notevole aumento della produttività.

Das vorliegende Buch hat zum Ziel, das 5S-Qualitätswerkzeug in einem kleinen Unternehmen des Textilsektors einzuführen und die möglichen Verbesserungen des Programms in Bezug auf die Produktivität vorzuschlagen und das Unternehmen auf die Einführung eines Qualitätsmanagements vorzubereiten. Es wurden drei der fünf Sinne eingeführt, Nutzung, Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Nach der Einführung des Programms wurden bemerkenswerte und signifikante Ergebnisse in der Umwelt, in Bezug auf die Organisation, mit einer besseren Nutzung der Zeit, Reduzierung der Nacharbeit und einer beträchtlichen Steigerung der Produktivität erzielt.
