Throughout this thesis, we have tried to answer the main question: what is the place of business tourism in the development of the territory? Several approaches to territorial development exist. However, within the framework of this research, we speak about economic development and notoriety. The business tourism sector generates significant economic benefits for the territories: hotels, restaurants, infrastructure rental, transportation, etc. Business tourism activities also allow to fight against seasonality and generate a leisure tourism activity. In some cases, it can also encourage the installation of companies in the territory. If business tourism benefits the economy, it also benefits the reputation of the territory. Indeed, generally speaking, participants in corporate events intend to come back and discover the destination with their families. Conferences and seminars add value to the city.

Ao longo desta dissertação, tentámos responder à questão principal: qual é o lugar do turismo de negócios no desenvolvimento do território? Existem várias abordagens ao desenvolvimento territorial. No entanto, no contexto desta investigação, estamos a falar de desenvolvimento económico e de sensibilização. O sector do turismo de negócios gera benefícios económicos significativos para os territórios: hotéis, restaurantes, aluguer de infra-estruturas, transportes, etc. As actividades de turismo de negócios também ajudam a combater a sazonalidade e a gerar actividade turística de lazer. Em alguns casos, pode também encorajar a instalação de empresas na zona. Se o turismo de negócios beneficia a economia, também beneficia a reputação do território. De facto, de um modo geral, os participantes em eventos empresariais pretendem regressar para descobrir o destino com as suas famílias. Conferências e seminários acrescentam valor à cidade.

A lo largo de esta tesis hemos intentado responder a la pregunta principal: ¿qué lugar ocupa el turismo de negocios en el desarrollo del territorio? Existen varios enfoques del desarrollo territorial. Sin embargo, en el contexto de esta investigación, hablamos de desarrollo económico y de sensibilización. El sector del turismo de negocios genera importantes beneficios económicos para los territorios: hoteles, restaurantes, alquiler de infraestructuras, transportes, etc. Las actividades del turismo de negocios también ayudan a combatir la estacionalidad y a generar actividad turística de ocio. En algunos casos, también puede favorecer la instalación de empresas en el territorio. Si el turismo de negocios beneficia a la economía, también beneficia a la reputación del territorio. De hecho, en general, los participantes en eventos de negocios tienen la intención de volver a descubrir el destino con sus familias. Las conferencias y seminarios aportan un valor añadido a la ciudad.

In questa tesi abbiamo cercato di rispondere alla domanda principale: qual è il posto del turismo d'affari nello sviluppo del territorio? Esistono diversi approcci allo sviluppo territoriale. Tuttavia, nel contesto di questa ricerca, parliamo di sviluppo economico e di consapevolezza. Il settore del turismo d'affari genera notevoli benefici economici per i territori: alberghi, ristoranti, affitto di infrastrutture, trasporti, ecc. Le attività del turismo d'affari contribuiscono anche a combattere la stagionalità e a generare attività turistiche per il tempo libero. In alcuni casi, può anche incoraggiare l'insediamento di aziende sul territorio. Se il turismo d'affari giova all'economia, giova anche alla reputazione del territorio. In genere, infatti, i partecipanti agli eventi aziendali intendono tornare a scoprire la destinazione con le loro famiglie. Conferenze e seminari aggiungono valore alla città.

Im Laufe dieser Diplomarbeit haben wir uns bemüht, die Hauptproblematik zu beantworten: Welchen Stellenwert hat der Geschäftstourismus in der Raumentwicklung? Es existieren mehrere Ansätze zur territorialen Entwicklung. Im Rahmen dieser Forschungsarbeit sprechen wir jedoch von wirtschaftlicher Entwicklung und Bekanntheitsgrad. Der Sektor des Geschäftstourismus bringt erhebliche wirtschaftliche Auswirkungen für die Gebiete mit sich: Hotels, Restaurants, Vermietung von Infrastruktur, Transport etc. Die Aktivitäten im Bereich des Geschäftstourismus wirken auch der Saisonabhängigkeit entgegen und führen zu einer Aktivität im Bereich des Freizeittourismus. In einigen Fällen kann dies auch die Ansiedlung von Unternehmen in einem Gebiet fördern. Wenn der Geschäftstourismus der Wirtschaft zugute kommt, profitiert auch der Bekanntheitsgrad des Gebiets davon. Im Allgemeinen beabsichtigen die Teilnehmer von Firmenveranstaltungen nämlich, das Reiseziel mit ihrer Familie wieder zu entdecken. Die Anreise von Kongressen oder Seminaren verleiht der Stadt einen Mehrwert.

Tout au long de ce mémoire, nous nous sommes attachés à répondre à la problématique principale : quelle est la place du tourisme d¿affaires dans le développement du territoire ? Plusieurs approches du développement territorial existent. Cependant, dans le cadre de cette recherche, nous parlons de développement économique et de notoriété. Le secteur du tourisme d¿affaires engendre des retombées économiques conséquentes pour les territoires : hôtellerie, restauration, location d¿infrastructure, transport etc. Les activités de tourisme d¿affaires permettent également de lutter contre la saisonnalité et engendrent une activité de tourisme de loisirs. Dans certains cas, cela peut aussi favoriser l¿installation d¿entreprises sur le territoire. Si le tourisme d¿affaires profite à l¿économie, il profite également à la notoriété du territoire. En effet, d¿une manière générale, les participants aux événements d¿entreprises ont l¿intention de revenir découvrir la destination en famille. La venue de congrès ou de séminaires confèrent une valeur ajoutée à la ville.
