Some of my poems are written in happy times, on the mountain tops. But some of my poems are written in dark times, in the valleys, yet are still positive, as there we have a chance to grow.

The discontent we feel in not pursuing our dreams manifests itself in all manner of negative ways. Closing the divide between people living in the flow of life connected to themselves and achieving their dreams and those struggling to overcome mental and physical difficulties is the aim of this book. As we journey along with people who have found their way against the odds their stories might just be the tonic you need to realign yourself with your quest and find greater fulfillment.
