Während des Trainingsprozesses war es möglich, Veränderungen in der Sprache und Einstellung der Alphabetisierungslehrer zu beobachten. Zunächst glaubten die am Programm teilnehmenden Lehrer nicht an den Vorschlag der Schulungen, für sie könnte der Lernprozess des Lesens und Schreibens auf dem Auswendiglernen des Alphabets und dem Training des Schreibens von Buchstaben basieren. Nach und nach gaben sie diese Überzeugungen auf und investierten in Ansätze, die die Kultur, die Identität, die Lebensgeschichte und die Erwartungen der Schüler stärker berücksichtigen. Indem sie sich mit der Anwendung der Methodik in der Unterrichtspraxis beschäftigten, stellten sie die Effizienz des methodischen Vorschlags fest und bemerkten wirklich die Beteiligung und das Wachstum der Schüler. Um eine wirkliche Veränderung zu erreichen, wurde eine Praxis geschaffen, die auf dem Austausch von Erfahrungen und der Interaktion zwischen den Lernenden basiert und dynamische und produktive Aktivitäten beinhaltet. Wichtig war es, eine dialektische Beziehung zwischen Ausbilder und Alphabetisierer aufzubauen.

Durante el proceso de capacitación fue posible observar cambios en el discurso y actitud de los alfabetizadores. Al principio los profesores participantes del programa no creían en la propuesta de las capacitaciones, para ellos el proceso de aprendizaje de la lectoescritura podía basarse en la memorización del alfabeto, en el entrenamiento de la escritura de las letras. Poco a poco abandonaron estas creencias e invirtieron en enfoques que buscan valorar más la cultura, la identidad, la historia de vida y las expectativas de los estudiantes. A través del envolvimiento con la aplicación de la metodología en la práctica de aula, constataron la eficiencia de la propuesta metodológica y realmente notaron el envolvimiento y el crecimiento de los alumnos. Para lograr un cambio real, se estableció una praxis basada en el intercambio de experiencias, interacciones entre sujetos de aprendizaje, involucrando actividades dinámicas y productivas. Lo importante fue establecer una relación dialéctica entre formador y alfabetizador.

During the training process, it was possible to observe changes in the discourse and posture of the literacy teachers. At first, the teachers participating in the program did not believe in the proposal of the trainings; for them the learning process of reading and writing could be based on memorizing the alphabet and training the writing of letters. They gradually abandoned these beliefs and invested in the approaches that seek to give more value to the culture, identity, life history, and expectations of the students. Through the involvement with the application of the methodology in classroom practice, they verified the efficiency of the methodological proposal and really noticed the involvement and growth of the students. To achieve a real change, a praxis based on the exchange of experiences, interactions among learning subjects, involving dynamic and productive activities, was established. The important thing was to establish a dialectical relationship between trainer and literacy teacher.

Durante il processo di formazione, è stato possibile osservare dei cambiamenti nel discorso e nell'atteggiamento degli insegnanti di alfabetizzazione. All'inizio gli insegnanti che partecipavano al programma non credevano nella proposta di formazione, per loro il processo di apprendimento della lettura e della scrittura poteva basarsi sulla memorizzazione dell'alfabeto, sull'allenamento della scrittura delle lettere. Gradualmente hanno abbandonato queste convinzioni e hanno investito in approcci che cercano di valorizzare maggiormente la cultura, l'identità, la storia di vita e le aspettative degli studenti. Attraverso il coinvolgimento con l'applicazione della metodologia nella pratica in classe, hanno riscontrato l'efficacia della proposta metodologica e hanno notato realmente il coinvolgimento e la crescita degli studenti. Per ottenere un cambiamento reale, è stata stabilita una prassi basata sullo scambio di esperienze, sulle interazioni tra i soggetti dell'apprendimento, coinvolgendo attività dinamiche e produttive. L'importante era stabilire un rapporto dialettico tra formatore e formatore di alfabetizzazione.
