Dieses Buch ist Teil einer historiografischen Bewegung, die sich seit etwa zehn Jahren mit den intermaghrebinischen Beziehungen befasst. An den maghrebinischen Universitäten werden Seminare, Kolloquien und Publikationen immer zahlreicher und vielfältiger. Dieses Buch zeichnet analytisch einige Aspekte der gemeinsamen Geschichte Algeriens und Marokkos nach, insbesondere die Entwicklung der Migration der algerischen muslimischen und jüdischen Bevölkerung nach Marokko während der osmanischen Zeit (1517-1830) und der Kolonialzeit (1830-1962). Ebenso versucht er, Erklärungsansätze zu liefern, die die Bedeutung des Aufbaus einer Maghrebinischen Union unter Berücksichtigung des Potenzials dieser Region hervorheben. Diese Union bleibt zweifellos ein entscheidender Faktor für die Einführung des freien Personen- und Warenverkehrs über offene Landgrenzen in einem Maghreb ohne Grenzen.

Este libro se inscribe en un movimiento historiográfico sobre las relaciones intermagrebíes que está en marcha desde hace unos diez años. En las universidades magrebíes, los seminarios, coloquios y publicaciones se multiplican y diversifican. Este libro traza de forma analítica ciertos aspectos de la historia común de Argelia y Marruecos, en particular la evolución de la migración de poblaciones argelinas musulmanas y judías a Marruecos durante el periodo otomano (1517-1830) y el periodo colonial (1830-1962). También intenta aportar elementos de explicación que pongan de relieve la importancia de construir una Unión del Magreb teniendo en cuenta el potencial de esta región. Esta Unión es sin duda un factor decisivo para establecer la libre circulación de personas y mercancías a través de fronteras terrestres abiertas en un Magreb sin fronteras.

This book is part of a historiographic movement on inter-Maghreb relations that has been underway for about ten years. In Maghrebian universities, seminars, colloquia and publications are multiplying and diversifying. This book traces in an analytical way certain aspects of the common history of Algeria and Morocco, in particular the evolution of the migration of Algerian Muslim and Jewish populations to Morocco during the Ottoman period (1517-1830) and the colonial period (1830-1962). It also tries to provide elements of explanation highlighting the importance of building a Maghreb Union taking into account the potential of this region. This Union remains undoubtedly a decisive factor to establish the free movement of people and goods through open land borders in a Maghreb without borders.

Questo libro si inserisce in un movimento storiografico sulle relazioni intermaghrebine in corso da circa dieci anni. Nelle università maghrebine si moltiplicano e si diversificano i seminari, i colloqui e le pubblicazioni. Questo libro ripercorre in modo analitico alcuni aspetti della storia comune dell'Algeria e del Marocco, in particolare l'evoluzione della migrazione delle popolazioni algerine musulmane ed ebraiche in Marocco durante il periodo ottomano (1517-1830) e il periodo coloniale (1830-1962). Cerca inoltre di fornire elementi di spiegazione che evidenzino l'importanza di costruire un'Unione del Maghreb tenendo conto del potenziale di questa regione.
