The peculiarity of the monograph is connected with the possibility of forming self-organized information structures in intelligent and non-crystalline materials, information and communication systems, and artificial intelligence. Self-organized information structures have unique information characteristics and access without dissipative functioning through fractality. Fractality provides an opportunity to create new intelligent environments and innovative information processing and transmission systems. The feasibility of implementing fractal information and intelligence through self-organization processes in systems of various natures is shown. The considered approach shows the vision and perception of self-organized fractal architectures as systems of "simple algorithms" that can create all the uniqueness and completeness of nature. The book may be useful and interesting for specialists in the field of researching self-organized structures and fractality, their involvement in solving educational, environmental, business, and other problems, contributing to the formation of new areas for research. It is also suitable for non-specialized readers seeking to expand their worldview.

The basis of self-organized structures and fractality is information. Modern information principles of programming, development of artificial intelligence, namely encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism are also inherent in fractals. Geometric fractals are first of all an encapsulation, which transforms an ordinary geometric object and its perception into an information one: the description, properties of parameters with action (algorithm, methods) is combining. Due to this, the geometric fractal becomes information. For algebraic fractals is spontaneously added and embodied the principle of inheritance. All informational properties and algorithms acquired for geometric fractals are inherited, and a completely new aspect of self-organization is born ¿ this is the creation and use of abstraction levels as new information spaces of fractality. Stochastic fractals are receiving the principles of encapsulation and inheritance, that is, they are implemented on the wholeness of information. In addition, a polymorphism is spontaneously developed ¿ is implementation of properties and algorithms in various new interfaces, new environments, which are dynamically self-created for them.

Synergetics today is a prolific and active area of research, producing many outstanding results obtained in a variety of subject areas. The emphasis of the monograph is devoted to the development of object-oriented modeling, which adapts to the peculiarities of certain scientific areas of researches (physics, mathematics, computer science, etc.), and provides the opportunity to reach a new level of abstraction, while preserving their uniqueness and originality. The original scientific examples of conducting theoretical and experimental researches of non-crystalline gradient structures on the basis of chalcogenide glasses using computer modeling, executed directly by the authors are considered. Also shown is the possibility of implementation of the results of the study of physical processes in the structuring of information, cybernetic, educational systems. The monograph may be interesting both for specialists in the field of computer modeling, research of levels of structuring in the non-crystalline materials, contribute to the formation of a new view on the indicated areas of research, as well as for the general public of readers.

The feature of this book is associated with a singular and self-organizing effect of instability and randomness. Installed that the random nature of the medium along with the disorganizing effect can initiate the formation of qualitatively new self-organized structures in non-crystalline solids. The spectrum of structures thus obtained is qualitatively more varied in comparison with the possible spectrum under the corresponding deterministic conditions. Another unique peculiarity of the book lies in the fact that synergetics and the use of object-oriented modeling most adequately reflect the attributes and characteristics of the influence external noise in the formation of the non-crystalline and other systems. Shown is the possibility of the implementation and development of the obtained results on the study of physical processes in the structuring, diversity and integrity of information systems. This book may be useful and interesting for the general public ¿ for specialists in the field of research of self-organized structures, their involvement in solving educational, environmental, and other problems, as well as for non-ordinary readers who seek to expand their worldview.

The peculiarity of the monograph is connected with the complementarity of the knowledge spheres, which are mostly considered separately and isolated, namely: programming and computer modeling, experimental and theoretical research, cybernetic systems and education. This integrity is achieved owing to the fractal application of synergetics and the possibility of obtaining completely new properties at the junction of adjacent spheres. Another unique aspect of the monograph lies in the fact that integrity of perception does not manifest itself artificially, mechanically but rather naturally, i.e., it is primarily the information restoration of the integrity and structuring of the system. In addition, the results obtained for certain systems and areas of knowledge, including physics of the non-crystalline state, may function with new properties in other systems, such as cyber systems and education, ecology. The synergetic approach allows describing systems of a diverse nature as a whole, while preserving their uniqueness and originality. Shown is the possibility of implementation of the results of the study of physical processes in the structuring of information systems.
