Dans notre travail nous avons calculé les propriétés structurales électroniques et magnétiques de l¿alliage Ge1-xTMxTe (MT=Mn, Fe) dans la structure NaCl pour des concentrations (0¿x¿1), qui a été effectué en utilisant la méthode des ondes planes liniarisés (FP-LAPW+lo) basé sur la théorie de la densité fonctionnelle (DFT) et nous avons utilisé l¿approximation GGA. Les propriétés structurales (a, B, B¿) sont déterminées à partir de l¿énergie totale, nos résultats sont en bon accord avec les autres calculs. L¿analyse de la structure de bande et la densité d¿état pour une concentration de x=0.125 et x=0.25 a montré que GeMnTe est un semiconducteur à gap étroit par contre le GeFeTe est un demi-métal. Pour les concentrations x=0.5 et x=0.75 les deux alliages ont un caractère métallique. En plus, nous avons prédit les énergies d¿échanges et de séparation ¿x(d) et ¿x(pd) et les constantes d¿échanges N0¿ et N0¿ sont produit par les états 3d Mn et 3d Fe.

Nel nostro lavoro abbiamo calcolato le proprietà strutturali elettroniche e magnetiche della lega Ge1-xTMxTe (MT=Mn, Fe) nella struttura NaCl per concentrazioni (0¿x¿1), eseguite con il metodo delle onde piane liniarizzate(FP-LAPW+lo) basato sulla teoria funzionale della densità(DFT) e abbiamo utilizzato l'approssimazione GGA. Le proprietà strutturali (a, B, B') sono state determinate dall'energia totale e i nostri risultati sono in buon accordo con altri calcoli. L'analisi della struttura a bande e della densità di stato per una concentrazione di x=0,125 e x=0,25 ha mostrato che GeMnTe è un semiconduttore a gap stretto, mentre GeFeTe è un semimetallo. In our work we have calculated the electronic and magnetic structural properties of the Ge1-xTMxTe alloy (MT=Mn, Fe) in the NaCl structure for concentrations (0¿x¿1), which was carried out using the liniarized plane wave method(FP-LAPW+lo) based on density functional theory(DFT) and we used the GGA approximation. The structural properties (a, B, B') are determined from the total energy, and our results are in good agreement with other calculations. Analysis of the band structure and density of state for a concentration of x=0.125 and x=0.25 showed that GeMnTe is a narrow-gap semiconductor, whereas GeFeTe is a half-metal. For concentrations x=0.5 and x=0.75 both alloys have a metallic character. In addition, we have predicted the exchange and separation energies ¿x(d) and ¿x(pd) and the exchange constants N0¿ and N0¿ are produced by the 3d Mn and 3d Fe states.Key words: DFT, FPLAPW, Ferromagnetism, Magnetic moment, spin separation energies.
