La monografia è dedicata all'importante e attuale tema della cooperazione tra le autorità di polizia nel contesto della lotta al riciclaggio di denaro. Le autorità di polizia ucraine sono attive nella lotta al riciclaggio di denaro, ma purtroppo, nella maggior parte dei casi, combattono in modo indipendente e separato, senza un'adeguata interazione con le istituzioni finanziarie. Negli ultimi anni, il nostro Paese ha fatto progressi nella lotta al riciclaggio di denaro, ma non può dormire sugli allori. La società moderna impone la necessità di sviluppare approcci innovativi per creare strumenti di lotta al segmento ombra dell'economia nazionale e meccanismi di contrasto alla legalizzazione dei redditi. Un'organizzazione efficace e un'implementazione graduale e ben ponderata delle contromisure permetteranno di formare un controllo e un monitoraggio dello Stato sulla circolazione dei fondi finanziari fruttuoso e altamente efficace a lungo termine. Per scienziati, docenti, studenti post-laurea, dottorandi e studenti di istituti di istruzione superiore con specializzazione in legge e per tutti coloro che sono interessati al tema dell'interazione tra gli organi di polizia e le istituzioni finanziarie.

La monographie est consacrée au thème important et d'actualité de la coopération entre les autorités chargées de l'application de la loi dans le cadre de la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent. Les autorités chargées de l'application de la loi en Ukraine sont actives dans la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent, mais malheureusement, dans la plupart des cas, elles luttent de manière indépendante et séparée, sans interaction appropriée avec les institutions financières. Ces dernières années, notre pays a fait des progrès dans la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent, mais il ne peut pas se reposer sur ses lauriers. La société moderne impose la nécessité de développer des approches novatrices pour mettre au point des outils de lutte contre le segment obscur de l'économie nationale et des mécanismes de lutte contre la légalisation des revenus. Une organisation efficace et une mise en ¿uvre progressive et bien pensée des contre-mesures permettront de mettre en place un contrôle et une surveillance de l'État sur la circulation des fonds financiers qui soient à la fois fructueux et très efficaces à long terme. Pour les scientifiques, les conférenciers, les étudiants de troisième cycle, les doctorants et les étudiants des établissements d'enseignement supérieur spécialisés en droit et tous ceux qui s'intéressent à la question de l'interaction entre les organes chargés de l'application de la loi et les institutions financières.

Las autoridades policiales de Ucrania luchan activamente contra el blanqueo de capitales, pero, lamentablemente, en la mayoría de los casos, lo hacen de forma independiente y separada, sin una interacción adecuada con las instituciones financieras. En los últimos años, nuestro país ha avanzado en la lucha contra el blanqueo de capitales, pero no puede dormirse en los laureles. La sociedad moderna dicta la necesidad de desarrollar enfoques innovadores para formar herramientas de lucha contra el segmento en la sombra de la economía nacional del país y mecanismos para combatir la legalización de los ingresos. La organización eficaz y la aplicación paso a paso y bien pensada de las contramedidas permitirán formar a largo plazo un control y una vigilancia estatales algo fructíferos y muy eficaces sobre la circulación de los fondos financieros. Para científicos, profesores, estudiantes de postgrado, doctorado y estudiantes de instituciones de educación superior especializadas en derecho y todos aquellos que estén interesados en la cuestión de la interacción de los órganos encargados de hacer cumplir la ley con las instituciones financieras.

Die Monographie ist dem wichtigen und aktuellen Thema der Zusammenarbeit der Strafverfolgungsbehörden bei der Bekämpfung der Geldwäsche gewidmet. Die ukrainischen Strafverfolgungsbehörden sind aktiv an der Bekämpfung der Geldwäsche beteiligt, aber leider kämpfen sie in den meisten Fällen unabhängig und getrennt, ohne eine angemessene Interaktion mit den Finanzinstituten. In den letzten Jahren hat unser Land Fortschritte bei der Bekämpfung der Geldwäsche gemacht, aber es darf sich nicht auf seinen Lorbeeren ausruhen. Die moderne Gesellschaft erfordert die Entwicklung innovativer Ansätze zur Schaffung von Instrumenten zur Bekämpfung des Schattensegments der nationalen Wirtschaft und von Mechanismen zur Bekämpfung der Legalisierung von Einkommen. Eine effektive Organisation und eine schrittweise, gut durchdachte Umsetzung von Gegenmaßnahmen wird es ermöglichen, langfristig eine einigermaßen fruchtbare und hocheffektive staatliche Kontrolle und Überwachung der Zirkulation von Finanzmitteln aufzubauen. A monografia é dedicada ao tema importante e atual da questão da cooperação das autoridades responsáveis pela aplicação da lei no contexto do combate ao branqueamento de capitais. As autoridades responsáveis pela aplicação da lei na Ucrânia estão activas no combate ao branqueamento de capitais, mas infelizmente, na maioria dos casos, lutam de forma independente e separada, sem uma interação adequada com as instituições financeiras. Nos últimos anos, o nosso país registou progressos no combate ao branqueamento de capitais, mas não pode descansar sobre os louros. A sociedade moderna impõe a necessidade de desenvolver abordagens inovadoras para a criação de instrumentos de combate ao segmento sombra da economia nacional e de mecanismos de combate à legalização dos rendimentos. A organização eficaz e a aplicação gradual e bem pensada das contramedidas permitirão formar um controlo e uma fiscalização estatal da circulação dos fundos financeiros a longo prazo, de certo modo frutuoso e altamente eficaz. The monograph is devoted to the important and topical topic of the issue of cooperation of law enforcement authorities in the context of combating money laundering. Law enforcement authorities in Ukraine are active in combating money laundering, but unfortunately, in most cases, they fight independently and separately without proper interaction with financial institutions. In recent years, our country has made progress in combating money laundering, but it cannot be rested on its laurels. Modern society dictates the need to develop innovative approaches to forming tools for combating the shadow segment of the country's national economy and mechanisms for combating the legalization of income. Effective organization and step-by-step well-thought-out implementation of countermeasures will make it possible to form somewhat fruitful and highly effective state control and monitoring over the circulation of financial funds in the long term. The monograph studies the phenomenon of political corruption in Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the political corruption in the parliament, judicial and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, in particular those that provide financial and economic security of the state.
